MyLifestyle Smoothie — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I have not ever received such poor service and encountered such crazy behavior. The lady in this picture was preparing a smoothie for my daughter.

However, as she's preparing the smoothie, she gets her personal cell phone and starts having a conversation laughing and talking loudly. I was able to finally get her attention, only after say "ma'am" several times.

She looked at me as if I was bothering her as she told the person to hold on a minute. I said to her that it was not sanitary to use her personal cell phone while preparing food.

She became very upset and told the person on the phone she would call them back. She then slammed the food items in the container on the counter and the food went flying all over the floor. She told me I could go to their other location down the street.

I said to her I didn't understand why she got so upset about me not wanting her to have her cell phone (which often goes to the bathroom with individuals) in the food prep area while she was making my daughter's smoothie.

She tried to argue with me about her phone. I told her it was unsanitary and unclean and that if I was from the health department she wouldn't be on her cell phone or have her phone in that area while preparing customer's foods.

I left the store and went down the street to the other location. The young lady there gave me the owner's name and number.

I have contacted the owner of this location and he owns both locations in Fayetteville. His name is Charles. I called him and left a voicemail message, and I sent him a text message.

I also spoke with a manager at the Conyers location of MyLifestyle Smoothie, who was very apologetic for the service I received in Fayetteville. She assured me she would call the owner, Charles, right away to share the details of my experience and she was sure I would hear back from him.

Will not be coming to this location again , the lady with the caribbean accent was rude , we come there all the time and stated that the georgia peach didn’t taste the same like it usually does , so we politely asked could we trade the drink in. She says no in a rude way all sales are final which I saw no sign stating that and on top of that we gave her a $5 cash tip before even getting our drink ! She says she can’t change the drink but she can add some more strawberries which is weird because if you can do that you can just make a new drink being that she took the drink back over the counter which is unsanitary and put it back in the blender after it was tasted ! Then gave another customer at the counter the drink that she was remaking for us ! As we were leaving she says to the other customer “You get Georgia Peach all the time isn’t it sweet “ he’s saying he doesn’t think it’s sweet as we were about to walk out the door. I felt like that was super unprofessional of her to do so! Please teach your employees how to have a level of respect for paying and tipping customers ! Hope nobody else encounters this because I love supporting my black owned businessses but not when employees...

Y'all...I just wrote the longest review, but lost it. I don't have time to rewrite all of the details but when I tell you that this location provided the WORST customer service I've received in a very very long time time, it's the truth. There were two women working today and they both were shining examples of extreme unprofessionalism. I am certain my blood pressure was elevated by the time I left. I have interacted with a gentleman, who I now presume to be the owner or manager, in two of my previous visits to this establishment. His service was going to turn me into a regular. However, these woman are apparently his sisters/family members and they are UNCIVILIZED. After today's incident, I fleetingly considered visiting only when the gentleman was working; however, I am completely opposed to any of my money contributing to these women's welfare.I refuse to give them even a percentage of a penny. I will NEVER visit again and wanted to advise you all to do yourself and favor and not chance interacting with these two women. There's another location just 2 miles...
