Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Fayetteville

2 hour wait due to employees/ a cook walking out. aAfter being told it would be 45 min to an hour wait, it ended up being 2 hours. Womens bathroom was horrible, looked as though it hadn't been cleaned all weekend. Trash and feminine products all on the floor. Clogged toilets. It looked as though a man had walked in and peed all over every toilet seat, etc. Waitress told me the individuals who were responsible for keeping up the restrooms had been told several time's over the past few hours they needed to be cleaned. Finally one lady did go clean it so we could use it. From speaking with her, it got thrown off on her and there were 4 other employees that are responsible for such. She was a waitress it seemed. I thanked her and told her normally we would wipe off the seats ourself and use the covers, but there was no way with the condition it was in tonight and she agreed it was horrible. Our waitress was great and very attentive and the other lady that helped with service, cleaning up the dining room and cleaned the bathroom for us. They both were awesome. It looked like and from speaking to a few of the staff, there was alot of employees not doing what they were supposed to do and with an already short staff. It's not good for business, when the team isn't all working together. The waitress we think that was supposed to actually be ours, before the one we had was assigned to us. After waiting 2 hrs to get a table we sat at the table for another 30 min. ( We had seen the hostess ask the waitress we ended up with to please take our table) the waitress for our section, was whining and complaining to someone in her cell phone, then to a male co worker about having to clean her section. UPDATE 26 FEB 23. They brought back the bottomless sweet potato fries! Service was much better this time and our wait was only 30 minutes for a table of eight. The staff was very friendly and attentive and we had a pretty good time. It looks like they've hired some better people who really care about taking care of the customers.

UPDATE 17 FEB 20. The last 3 times we've been here, the service was slow. The wait staff seems to not take much pride. Came in today and they gave us photocopy kids meal menus with crayons and no pictures. My son spilled his drink all over the table. There were 4 employees within 5 feet of me and not one offered to help as I cleaned it up. It seems this place is cutting corners and not retaining quality staff. This may be the death gasp of another dying franchise in Fayetteville. The endless fries and salads are a hit with the kids, so we'll be back again to see if they improve.

Wonderful place to take the family. Staff is awesome and service is fairly quick. If you’re looking for something low carb, their zucchini fries are a great alternative but not exactly Keto. Great for a carb re-feed day for sure. Their burgers are thick and juicy and their kids meals are just the right size for the little ones. Our waitress Summer was awesome and very patient with us as 3 of us were ordering Keto, so no bun and wrapped in lettuce. Summer was amazing and the food was also. This is my first visit to a Red Robin. I have to say that this review is more influenced by our server. She started by walking up, offering us the bottomless root beer floats only to promptly tell us we couldn't have them when one of our party ordered one. She was very slow to refill the bottomless drinks and fries and instead stood at a table behind us to flirt with two guys (which is where she spent most of her time). We asked if we could switch our drink refills to a different bottomless drink and she informed us that we would be charged more if we did. We are not sure of the validity of her information, but we all believed her to be incorrect. Why would they charge us more for a different bottomless drink that was the same price or less expensive? We ordered some pretzel bites, which came with half of a small container of dipping cheese for a large amount of pretzels. I had to ask three times for extra cheese before she bothered to come back with it and seemed overall disinterested in serving us. The food came out relatively quick considering our larger party, but the garlic fries and burger buns were soggy with grease. Aside from the soggy bread, the burger was above average but nothing to write home about. The sweet potato fries were pretty good though. Once we paid, the waitress never came back and ignored us. We were still eating and awaiting refills. We waited over 20 minutes before we eventually went up and asked for them. Overall, I think I’ll pass on visiting Red Robin...
