Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I can't even give this place one star...ridiculous..I actually walked out something I've never done in my life....I waitress at lunch buffet..all the table's were dirty, had to wait to forever to be seated..once seated I noticed the buffet was bare nothing but meat sauce..and breadsticks which were rock hard...I asked if they would be refilling the pizza bar before I even sat down...this is at 1:00pm on a Friday..she said yes..me and my family got a salad which to give time for the buffet to be replenished..well..we had to make eye contact several times and pause from eating to wait for out drinks..after finally getting our drinks..people were steady walking around the bar waiting to get the first pizza there were 2 pizzas up there that looked awful you could not even identify what kind they were..along with being dried up and rock hard...well the waitress brought one.pizza out..mind you we have been waiting 15mins along with other people that were before us..we'll it was pepperoni barely any cheese or sauce on thin crust.. it looked like pepperoni on a saltine..it was crunchier than a saltine..worst pizza ever my toddler could have made a pizza better than the pizza on this buffet. ..there were no desserts .nothing at all edible and to know I would pay 750 a piece for 4 people..after I thought I had seen and heard it all..more customers were coming in the door and the waitress tells them the buffet was shut down that they should order something off the menu..whow the he'll is managing this restaurant..this is a peak buffet time and on friday...payday!!! Thereally was a boy and girl working. ..but not for the customers that were in the place that should be the focus of attention...they're only concern was for take out orders I see. Pizza after pizza come out but nobody in the restaurant was getting them it was for carryout!!!!! Do the manager of this restaurant not realize the money this place loses!!! This is a tourist stop off the interstate and rest area...it's busy as he'll every restaurant there is makin money......I tryed to find a number to call when I got to my car just so I could get someone to come and see this crap...I had children upset and hungry as well was i...I'm so heated rite now ...my frustration was and still is thru the roof .....I walked out with my family and left. ...I even warned the poor family's that.were fixing to ruin there travels by stopping at this hell hole ...the Manager needs his ass fired ...is the manager her on drugs!!!! Never seen this in my 4 years of dining... and I'm not going to lie...I tell everyone I know not to go there...I actually work at a gas station off that exit..this pizza hut is a disgrace and is ruining the reputation of the pizza hut franchises...the only Eason I even give it a star is so I can post...

The staff here is friendly and the place is normally clean, but that is all I can say about this particular location. Service is SLOW here, and I mean SLOW. On top of that, their prices are HIGH now.

I have ordered online and had to wait an hour to pick it up, and they're not busy! I have also come in, been seated, ordered, and after twenty or so minutes been told there will be a forty-five minute wait for the pizza! This is with nobody in there!

Tonight they are busy, have nobody at the register, prompting a line of customers to form while waiting to check out. On top of that they only have ONE person on the floor! The young lady has a great attitude, but she needs help.

My biggest gripe is that over the past few years the company has jacked up prices. I can get more pizza for less dough at Papa John's or Little Caeser's. I can't justify my favorite pizza anymore, yhe stuffed crust, due to the high price it brings.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. The staff us friendly and food is good, but it will take ages to get it (I gave been here for an HOUR now, and no pizza) and it will cost more than other brands.

Update 2017-10-10: Stopped in for the $4.99 buffet. Got a bug delivered in my tea. Won't be back. The pizza was old and dry, breadsticks and cinnastix were hard, no icing for cinnastix, little pizza selection, and the salad bar...

I ordered a pizza on a Wednesday night at 9:46pm. I ordered online and I was quoted a 20-30 minute wait for the order. At 10:30pm I called to check on my order, since the quoted time had passed. The lady who answered said my order was on its way. Since the store is less than fifteen minutes from my house, I decided to remain calm and wait. At 10:50pm I called again as my order still hadn’t arrived. She proceeded to tell me again that it was on its way. At this point, I was angry as I knew she was either lying the first time or the driver was being irresponsible. Unfortunately, the pizza didn’t arrive until 10:55pm. The worker at the store told me they were backed up, and I wouldn’t be so angry if they had given me a call to notify me of this, instead of neglecting the customer and taking two times longer than quoted. Only giving two stars because the pizza tasted good and wasn’t cold surprisingly. However, it wasn’t cut properly and we had to redo it ourselves. I do not recommend delivery...
