After a long tiresome drive, upon entering the room it was extremely hot and took a long time to finally cool down which it did then I was able to sleep. I intentionally left the A/C set to 68F when I left for work next morning so I didn’t have to go through that again and I also placed the do not disturb sign on my door because I don’t require any room service/cleaning etc so you can imagine my surprise when I entered the room after a long shift at the hospital and found it hot again -apparently someone had entered my room despite do not disturb sign on the door and turned the A/C back up so there again walked into a hot room and had to wait until it cooled down and that happened everyday of my stay. I also wanted top floor (3rd) but wasn’t granted it was given 2nd floor. So I’m here again to give it another try and I checked in last night and was granted a room on the 3rd floor but again walked into an extremely hot room and had to wait until it cooled down to even begin to relax after a long tiresome drive. I am hoping nobody enters my room today to adjust the A/C because I don’t want to enter another hot muggy room after a long day’s work -it’s quite off putting. *plain whole fat yogurt, bananas, boiled eggs would be nice for breakfast offerings. Since I’ve been there, the only fresh fruit offered has been apples and the yogurt is non-fat and laced with sugar & eggs are greasy and only scrambled (not sure if they are cooked with meat). Individual packets of plain grits would be a good option as well. Other than that, it’s perfect and meets my needs as all I really need is a clean comfortable place to sleep and shower in which I feel...

While driving down I-95 my family and I decided we needed to rest. I researched hotels in the area and saw plenty of horrible reviews for neighboring hotels. It was then I found this hotel that had very good reviews so I decided to make it our rest stop. upon making the reservations online I found it to be very easy. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member she asked us our choice of room and I was very happy because most times you stay at hotels there isn't much choice which room of course the hotel wasn't fully booked and it was a nice option she did not have to give us. The pool was warm and clean the ice machine was close to our room breakfast was hot and tasty we are very satisfied with all aspects of our visit. I've been in the food and beverage Casino industry for many years and come in this is very important to me in a room and bathroom and I must say the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were spectacular. One particular aspect of my visit comes to mind the lady that took care of the breakfast counter was very detailed and keeping it very clean area she ensured that the food the hot food stay at her and the baked goods were neat. The lady is definitely the type of employed people like myself would love to steal for their own company. Thank you for wonderful stay at Fayetteville...

If you like crappy hotels, you’ll LOVE this one. It’s convenient to the highway, is Cracker Barrel adjacent and the rooms are cheap. They are also old, musty, probably crawling with black mold and badly in need of renovations. There is a lot of deceptive lighting in the online photos. The upholstered chairs you see look like your dad’s favorite chair that he sat in every night for 40 years. The bedspreads look and smell dirty and musty. I wouldn’t sit on them. There’s so much DNA on those linens and the furniture. The room smelled so musty. It was also crazy humid. The AC barely worked. I wouldn’t even walk barefoot on the carpet. My son said it was “sticky”. I accidentally confirmed that when I missed my sandal in my attempt to avoid touching it. Horrifyingly sticky. Like a rundown movie theater floor. There was dust and debris behind the disgusting chair, under the desk and behind the TV cabinet. It would be a nightmare for an allergy sufferer. It was disgusting. And, one side of the hotel overlooks an overgrown lot filled with rusty scrapped cars. You get a real-life “Deliverance” vibe. I didn’t feel comfortable staying here alone with my child. But the front desk staff was delightful and the customer service was excellent. The star is for them, not the room with the sticky floor. Gross....

The hotel is in a good location. Close to highway but central. Not quiet but not too noisy either. The front desk staff vary from ok to very nice and helpful. Room is spacious and we booked a room with a living room, so was quite large. Across the corridor there there simpler bedrooms as well. The shower was old fashioned and great to have the pressure for a change. The breakfast is mediocre at best - artificial food, no variety or taste. On our last day there were not many guests left and by 8:00 hrs there was only 1 fried egg left, but still several old hard boiled eggs in the fridge which had been there several days. So the ‘complimentary’ breakfast you paid for should be avoided if you can. Internet weak and needs relogging-in all the time. Under the excuse of environmental considerations they don’t change your towels unless you ask them to, fair enough. But they also don’t do any cleaning or emptying of garbage in the room, even when they come to change the towels — in the 5 days we were here, and this is not acceptable. Likewise the available soap and shampoo in the bathroom, one needs to request them. The bed was ok but not so good for someone with back problems. If I were to come to Fayetteville again I would probably check the other hotels first.

We booked through Expedia after researching on Google. They seemed to match up. The hotel got high ratings for cleanliness. As we got out of our car and walked toward the hotel it was obvious that this was a poor choice and the research was inaccurate. It is so dirty it is very visible in all areas. The floors were covered in dirt on the edges and even getting into the elevator. The room at first looked ok. Then I went to use the bathroom and saw the bodily fluid residue on the wall by the toilet paper. Then at the sink as I was washing my hands a bug ran across the counter. I am not good with bugs. It was long and brown and crunched when I grabbed it with a tissue. Most like it came from the drain that had no stopper. The wall where the light switch is by the sink had something brown splattered on it as well as human hair. The bedding is clean. I then stopped looking because I am freaked out. We paid up front. I will never do that again. I wanted to run out of here. Total dive. It is close to highway and the desk worker was very friendly. That’s the good. DO NOT STAY HERE.
