Bojangles — Restaurant in Fayetteville

As much as I love Bojangles I rather drive 40 mins away to a different location. The females on tonight's shift were beyond rude, verbally rude, facial expressions, hand gestures, slamming drive thru window close while I was talking. Cars were waiting for food for 20-25 minutes. I'm sure the general manager is unaware of the type of employees staffed at this location. This is not the first time I've had issues, everyone in there act like they hate they jobs and that's a personal issue. My fries got cold while I waited and was asked why I need more fries, my drink was forgotten.... So I get home my entire first order is COLD. I found a long piece of hair coming out of the top of my dirty rice. Needless to say the only thing good out of my order was the sweet tea.

Update: 6/30/2024 Today makes the 4th time in a row that my order was missing something. Usually you'd think the dasher ate it but when you receive your food sealed and you pop the seal to discover food missing, the staff is to blame. This continues to be the worse location. I do not recommend. If you love on the East side of Fayetteville please consider going to the new location at the corner of Ramsey and Grove.

Edit: 2-1-2025 Must've got new managers or something cause the drive thru window gave me the nicest experience ever. 4 days ago I door dashed and a drink was missing so I decided to visit in person. I ordered my usual and waited for my bo rounds. Only complaint today is my Peach Honey Pepper Sauce was expired 😢😭 if you haven't tried the sauce pleasé do you won't be disappointed. I eat it with my Supremes...

Cedar Creek Rd Fayetteville NC location. For the most part, my food has been decent except for yesterday... the edges of the egg on my biscuit was cold, withered dark brown and dried out. I had to just completely remove it b'cuz there was no eating that. As for the service, there is never anyone at the front register, as you stand there waiting for someone to come and take your order, there is four or five people at the drive-thru area and not one of them acknowledge you. They just go about their way like there's nobody waiting. Most of the girls working here, with the exception of maybe two have horrible attitudes. There has been several occasions that there have been some seriously loud foul mouthed employees hanging outside at the back door smoking. If you go there after 8pm on any given night, chances of getting anything decent to eat from here are slim to none. No tenders, no cajun filet, no bo-rounds, no fries, no rice, no sausage gravy etc etc etc... bone-in chicken only, but not enough for an 8 piece box. Twice in the past week and a half they were closed earlier than what the hours are supposed to be. Please help me understand why they're closed at 8:30 when they're supposed to be open until 10... Very very poor management at this location. Honestly, I believe I have given them more than enough opportunities to show me good customer service. However, at this point I am at wits end and it's time to get corporate involved. This Bojangles location has to be the absolute worst that I have ever...

Consistently the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. I don't know why I keep trying to give them another chance. Probably because I Iive nearby and gotta have my biscuit fix every now and then. I always think "maybe this time it will be done right." But it never is. Order sweet tea? Get unsweetened tea. Not undersweetend. Zero sugar at all. They will happily charge you for add-ons like extra cheese or bacon on a biscuit, but you will not get the add-on. You will likely get a cold, dried out biscuit that looks like it's been sitting on a counter for a day or two. Terrible customer service too. They are always hanging out talking mess inside and will reluctantly come to the window and hold their hand out for payment but will not greet you. Just carrying on their personal conversations. If I say thank you they do not respond at all. They'll act like you're an inconvenience. Today I spent 15 dollars there and my meal was hardly edible. I am not hard to please and this is my first review after several terrible experiences. This really will be the last time I go to this location. Sanitation rating is bad enough I should have stayed away anyway. I was a restaurant GM for 8 years and I understand the struggle, but the GM and shift managers at this location...
