Probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. A snarky old hag working the counter was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional when I was trying to buy a bottle of water. I was sleep deprived and thirsty. When checking out, and tapping my card, the woman said “sir, read this” and ran her huge finger nail across the card terminal. I was barely awake, so I assumed it said “chip only”. I put my chip in, and she said louder and condescendingly “SIR, READ THIS. WHAT DOES THIS SAY? CAN YOU READ THIS?”. He was out side helping make sure people were getting gas in a timely/organized manner and was super genuine (did this durning the recent gas shortage, out in the rain).
