Good and bad review here, went here the other night and the girl taking our order had an attitude and a hard time hearing. Ordered two of the 5 layer nacho fries platters and like 3 other things so she gives us our total and tells us to pull forward, when we paid she asked us to pull around to the main entrance of the restaurant. We get to the parking spot, and can see inside, at least 2 employees sitting around the lobby, not sure if they were meant to be on shift or not, but they were chillin' on their phones. We sat there for almost 15 minutes before she brings us our food, and right when she brought it out an off duty employee had pulled up, she stopped to chat with him for a quick sec before she brings us our food, and when we got it it was missing one if the platters, so we mention it and she got an attitude but said she would go check(because we never recieved a receipt) and comes back out only to inform us that she only charged us for one platters so that's all we were getting, and when my husband told her that it wasn't our fault that she wasn't paying attention enough to charge us for both and that we should get it, she proceeded to tell him that because he had a attitude he wasn't getting anything and that we could leave, and when he tried to protest she smarted off at him ignoring him and went back in the restaurant. Here's the good part, I wish I would have gotten the off duty employees name, because after that happened he comes up to the car and asks us if the girl had just given us a hard time, and we explained the situation to him and he apologized for her and this OFF SHIFT employee went inside the store and made sure we got our second platter, and apologized again. We were so thankful that he handled that situation so much more professionally than his attitudinal fellow employee who happens to have an attitude every time we deal with her, we go here often, and have had some small issues before, but...
Read moreThis morning I went to get my staff something for breakfast, when I got to the speaker someone asked if I was using the app and I said no. I then waited because usually they'll say ok order when ready or respond back. After a couple of minutes I asked if I could order or if I needed to wait, no response. A couple of minutes later I say "hello?", no response. I pull up to the window and can see people inside so i wait a couple minutes but I was not acknowledged. I finally park and go inside. I can see 2 employees and another adult with a child. One employee was leaning on the counter talking to, what seemed like a family member or friend while the child was walking around. I was still not acknowledged even after walking in the restaurant. I was going to use the kiosk to order but it did not show me the option to get coffee with the breakfast combo so I approached the counter and waited. The employee looked up at me, walked over to the drive thru computer and just stared at me. I placed one order and was told they don't have any breakfast items so I left. The whole experience was uncomfortable. The employee did not want to be there and could care less about me. I could understand waiting if they were busy but there were no customers. Given that this location is right off a busy highway I would expect better customer service. I don't know if ill go back to the location but if I do I hope the...
Read moreWorst experience ever at Taco Bell. Wish I could give it less than one star. Ordered and paid for food. No receipt given. Was told to pull up and wait. 10 minutes later, Server came out and delivered food to car behind me. Came to my car and asked what i had ordered, I told her and she asked for my receipt, explained that I did not get a receipt. She said she would check on my order. 10 more minutes go by and still no food. Went to front door, opened it and they bellowed out, I could not come in because I did not have my mask on. They again asked what I had ordered, and they said they were "trying to figure it out." Went back to my car, waited about 5 more minutes and someone comes out with a bag of food and apologizes for the wait. I told him, I would explain that to my boss, since I was now going to be late getting back to work. Got back to work, opened bag of food, then had to ask myself "Where's the beef?'" There was maybe a half teaspoon of hamburger on each taco, and a half teaspoon is being generous. Needless to say, I will not be returning to...
