Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fayetteville

9/9/25 There’s always something wrong here when ordering online/app. If it’s not menu items online “not available in store” , it’s some other problem with their computer, or slow service, missing items, incorrect/poorly made items- so I stopped coming here. *now after a year I ordered today & cancelled- not worth the hassle & never again. Turns out You have to come inside a physical store to place an order in order to use a online promo code because Pizza Hut app has some disconnection with promo codes from companies that they partner with -they work absolutely fine in Pizza Hut app but somehow not in the Pizza Hut store. Some complicated process having to refund, what i paid in app bcuz the “order is not paid”. they didn’t make the order anyway I literally only ordered this because the coupon. My money was taken but said pending. Why would I not want a receipt showing it’s canceled when you “couldn’t see it was paid in your sys”. I decided to go to another Pizza Hut and start over and they had a diff process that still wasted time but there was no “refund” needed. I wasted close to an hour between 2 pizza huts

If I could give negative stars I would have done it. I am so disappointed and pissed right now. I spent $28.72 on this place and I dont see where my money went at all. I ordered a medium pizza and a large pizza with cheese sticks and a mountain dew. EVERYTHING CAME BURNT, the pepperoni doesnt taste good and its too crispy. I should have just went to Buffalo Wild Wings because Im sure my money would never waste there. Im pissed mainly because I spent MY HARD EARN MONEY on the pizza and cheesesticks thats not even edible. If you are going to sell someone something make sure that its worth it and edible. If your not going to bake pizza and cheesesticks thats edible then dont do it at all. Im never going to order from you guys again. Im sure even Marcos Pizza and Dominos Pizza is way better than Pizza Hut and they wouldnt have given a customer something like this to eat in a million years. I frequent this pizza hut often, but seems like everytime I come here there are issues. One day I placed a future order to be ready at a specific time. When I arrived, only part of my order was complete and I had to wait an additional 10 mins for the other half. Another day, the fryers were down so I couldn't get wings with my pizza. Last night I ordered a free pizza using my reward points. The guy came and asked me if I was paying with cash or card and I told him the order was free with my points. He said someone would be right with me. I still had to wait another 5 minutes at the counter for the manager to show up to simply hand me my free pizza. I didn't realize food could only be distributed by a manager. I'll just have to drive further to another pizza hut and hope their staff is more competent. I just want my food...
