This was my first time going to a Canes! Unfortunately I won’t be going back for a while. I had a short black hair fried into the chicken batter….I have long blonde hair so I definitely know it’s not mine. Luckily I found it before I ate anything. I will say though, the girl who took my order at the drive through was very bubbly and nice.

Me and the wife got the biggest meal they had for a single person and it was enough to fill us both up I highly recommend this place for chicken and there bread was really good we will definitely be going back in the near future might get our own each next time just to see the difference.

The chicken was quite tender and delicious. The portion per person is quite large, and the price is really quite low. In general, this is a good place for a cheap lunch, but at the same time with good quality and pleasant taste of food.

Not a fan, lines are always long and the employees always seem put out and not very friendly, TODAY I went through the drive and had to make my order over 5 times for the operator taking the order to get get it and hear it, you could hear the employees in the background laughing and yelling, finally after she apologized and told someone to stop, I got the order placed, payed for it, or what I thought was it, food came without the jug of lemonade. Before I could say anything the window was slammed. I assumed they were getting it. After several minutes, the employee opened the window and said what do you want…

I told her I was just waiting on the jug of lemonade, which she looked at me and with disgust and informed me that I didn’t order lemonade.

Yes I did I replied, she slammed the window and rolled her eyes. Then another employee comes to the window and rips it open looks at me, rolls her eyes, which I will be honest really pissed me off, to this point I was frustrated, now I’m pissed in my car with my daughter and three of her friends from her dance team as we were headed to the pool for a little end of summer break pool party. The girl who reports to me she is the acting manager says, what do you want, I said I really just want my jug of lemonade and to go. She asked for receipt, I told her I didn’t get one, she then looks at me and says, ya… you didn’t pay for lemonade, you need to pay for it.

I told her I paid 61 dollars, are you sure… I heard the girl read back my order and I made sure she had the lemonade in the order. She literally drops her shoulders, sighs and goes I’ll just look it up… she slams the window again, and then comes back and says I found your receipt, you didn’t order lemonade. I told her I did order lemonade, she then looks at me and says if you want the lemonade you have to pay for it… no kidding…. Sigh, I told her that’s fine, if it was not on the other receipt and I haven’t already paid for it, then great let’s get it now… I give her my phone to tap and pay for it, she hands me a receipt and sarcastically goes here’s your receipt for your order. I look at the receipt and see there is a customer care number, looking at the receipt I see that there is not a store number, so I asked. She told me you don’t need a store number. I said I’m going to call the number on this receipt, how do I reference your store. She told me well I’m the on today manager, I said that’s great… she rolled her eyes and told me we are store 195.

Wow, I am appalled never have I been talked to, badgered, and been treated as a degenerate of society, especially in a service industry. It’s insulting to think this is the kind of service is allowed, and this is the leadership guide from a management position...

This is restaurant has great food, crispy chicken, crispy fries, creamy coleslaw. We actually really love the food, the reason for a three star review is the experience I had today. I'm fine with paying a little extra to get lemonade as my drink, and before you always got free refills once you pay the extra. But instead they let me pay my extra to purchase lemonade, never telling me that it cost another $0.89 to get any more refills. I thought this was a little ridiculous, since I had already paid the purchase price of a drink plus extra for lemonade. It would have been fine if they would have told me beforehand that no refills are free anymore. This may not seem like a huge deal to most people, but I didn't have $0.89 for a refill, I can't have soda and I don't drink tea. So basically I paid soda price Plus extra for one glass of lemonade and a fill up of water because I had no other choice. Getting a little proud of that...

So if you have never been here, let me warn you. It only serves chicken fingers. They are cooked to perfection but that’s it. They serve it with crinkle cut fries, and coleslaw. I’m not a big fan of coleslaw but the fries were good but soggy. I gave it a four star because of the service. I’m not sure if the girl was training or what but she seemed not very bright. I originally ordered 4 boxes with kids lemonade but then I saw the kids meals and would have saved me 9 dollars. So I changed it to one box and 3 kids meals. Well that blew her mind. I was there for 5 minutes going back and fourth with my order. No I don’t want the original order I want the new order. Ugh. So anyway other then that it was good. But it was expensive. Let me put it in perspective you get 4 chicken fingers, a hand full of fries and a small 3oz cup of coleslaw for $7. Oh and a side of their sauce. Good but not 7 dollars...
