If there was a negative star I would put check by that. First, the management has the only policy in Fayetteville where if you don't tell them you have a coupon or military discount at the speaker at the drive thru they will not accept it or give you your discount. So the next time you refuse to give me my discount I will just tell you to cancel my order. If you can not give me my discount or use of my coupon then you will not get my money. All this because a system issue and you don't want to change it. So let me ask this question, when you cook and prepare the food and I refuse to pay because you refuse to give me my discount or use of my coupon guest what, you still have to change it to a void and you just lost food. But you don't have to worry, I will go to the other Sonics in Fayetteville that understand what customer services really is. Just another restaurant that lack customer services and this time it is the management and not the employees. I like fast food restaurants better when they are consistent the way that their food and drinks are made. I keep going to Sonic and asking for half-and-half tea for my drink, and there is 1 of 2 problems most of the time. The unsweet has turned sour. And if you're southern, you know what i mean, and if you are not southern, you do need to know what turned sour or turning sour means when it comes to tea. Then there's the tea that tastes more like water, then it does tea. So, at that point, it feels like i'm paying an exuberant amount of money for water, not tea. With the amount of money that people are spending when they do stop at any fast food restaurant, They have become extraordinarily overpriced from downsizing, and the quality dropping has just become ridiculous. It truly makes me not want to stop at any fast food restaurant these days. This is not directed solely at Sonic because every single fast food restaurant out there just about has these same problems and they desperately need...

Waited quite a while for our food. Ordered 2 smasher combos with specific toppings. My smasher bottom bun was hard as a rock and because i use to work for a sonic I know that these are cooked to order. My sandwich temp did not give that it was cooked to order at all. My onion rings were horrible. I took it back inside in which the young lady assured me it would be right out. Waited additional time just to get my sandwich and it was wrong and had queso. Beyond upset but over it I just left I didn’t even care to go inside again. I ordered a hotdog and it was so messy and not in a good way at all. My bun was soggy all around and falling apart. I am pregnant and specifically chose Sonic because I wanted this burger just to not end up having what I wanted because again the replacement had a disgusting queso sauce I did not ask for.
