I had a mobile order. Mobile web orders are suppose to mean you head to the front of the line. This wasn't the case there was only one cashier. There were several other employees there. One employee stood off in the right corner watching the one cashier while the others stood there and one danced in the corner. The food area behind the counter did not appear The cleanest. The cashier was clearly frustrated doing the register alone. She didn't even notice my web order receipt and when I informed her I made a web order she asked me twice did I pay for it. She got the manager because she was unsure how to do web orders. The manager had to explain to her again that it was already paid for. On top of that she began to complain about the hotness of store was making her feel like she was going to pass out. Which it was an uncomfortable temperature. I waited for my order and received cold nuggets and by that time my frosty jr was melted and they seemed as if they weren't willing to replace it either. The manager told me it would be 4 minutes for fresh hot nuggets. Customers behind me continuously came and went with their orders. The manager hollered out are the nuggets not done yet? Other people after got there orders. It came a point I wanted my money back. I left that Wendy's p'd off. No there was no apology or acknowledgement. It seemed like a lot of workers watching one new person do the hard labor. No chance I would like to come back. If you cant do a web order and make warm food while I am literally right in front of you. Then you have lost my business. There are also places with friendlier staff members and...
Read moreI’ve never had a bad experience until tonight. I come to Wendy’s almost everyday and today was not the day. The drive thru is wrapped around the corner. I sat in my car for over 25 minutes waiting to approach the speaker so I can get my order taken. Well... I had to pull around and park to go inside to place my order. The cashier was very nice I don’t know her name but she has long beautiful dreadlocks. Her customer service was wonderful and she had a lot of customers too. She took my order and smiled as she did and told my order was coming. I said thank you! I asked the young lady if I can have a sweet tea from her drive thru and she said yes. However... the manager Cookie says, don’t we have sweet tea in the dining room? I said I don’t want it from out there,I want it from the drive thru. She takes my cup go over to the drive thru to get it but I noticed she said something smart! This manager asked to work here she chose this job not me she need to take her nasty attitude somewhere else. She yelled at one of the cashiers in front of everyone and if you are going to talk to your employees pull them to the side instead of embarrassing her and it was her birthday! I’ve never had a problem with anyone and I spend my money. I deserve respect anywhere I go and I’m not going to be spoken to like a child. I guess manager Cookie thought I wasn’t going to say anything. Been there done that served the Military over 23 years so please don’t ever think I will get disrespected by you. You have to earn respect to get and she doesn’t deserve it,she is the reason I...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Had to get in the drive thru FOUR different times because the workers were hiding in the back of the restaurant, refusing to take anyone's orders. The 4th time I came, an older woman who worked there was literally sitting in her car smoking a cigarette and when she saw us looking at her, she jumped up and slowly walked to the restaurant and told everyone in line to give her a minute. She STILL didn't take any orders for another 10 minutes, and when a customer finally caught the woman at the window, she caught an attitude and started taking orders at the window. She was still refusing to respond to anyone on the intercom, in hopes that they would leave. When I finally got to the window to order, she took my order with a terrible attitude and the guy who was supposed to be cooking was on the phone yelling at a customer because people had been calling the restaurant to see why their orders weren't being taken. After ranting to the customer on the phone, he hung up and started complaining, stating he "doesn't have time for this sht". The lady at the window then started to try to cover her as when she saw the disgust on my face by claiming she doesn't know how to use the headset. Then she starts saying "hello" on it, knowing damn well there were NO MORE CUSTOMERS IN LINE! Literally the worst Wendy's location I've ever visited, it took me 45 minutes to get back to my house and I only live 2 minutes away!!! They also refused to give me a receipt because they KNEW I was going to make a bad review on this ABSOLUTELY...
