I have visited this location 3 time in the past 2 months, and every visit has been below standard. The first visit I ordered only a large lemonade, which anyone knows is quite pricey, almost $5. WEndy's as a whole has gotten away from following the line marker on the side of the cups to mark off how much ice to place in a drink. The larger the cup the more ice your staff seems to think it needs to put inside of drinks, so technically I'm paying $5 for a small when I purchase a large.
I digress, this visit I had to dine in because I was having my car serviced at walmart. Upon entering, the staff does not acknowledge you. There was one young lady running the counter, then another was back up, backing the food. When there was no food to bag, she just stood there which was odd, because the dining room was filthy. All the tables were covered in sticky residual, to the point a guest came up and asked for a wet rag and the female who was the runner, HANDED IT TO HIM. As a past fast food employee, you never hand anything to your guest to go clean up behind someone else, that's your job. Nonetheless, when I went to sit down myself, there was food under the tables, empty cups and the tables were nasty. Not one time in the 30 minutes I was there did any of the staff come from behind the counter and check the dining room or the bathroom.
Food: I order 2 biggie bags. The cook, male, kept scratching his head, constantly while handling food. The only cleanly staff was the lady in the red shirt. She went to the back to go get more lettuce, and changed her gloves when she returned. The soda machine was out of all most everything. The lemonade that is rather so expensive was a miss again, too tart and too expensive for you all to still not get the recipe correct. The chicken sandwich was dry, like 2 days been sitting dry and flattened as if it was pressed between something. the patty was about a centimeter wide without the crust, which is pathetic.
After 3 failed attempts at this location, as much as a love wendy's I'll go on down the road to the McDonald's because this location isn't even trying at this point. I hate I didn't take pictures of how...
Read moreTerrible experience a couple of days ago but just posting tonight. Our drive thru experience was slow although cashier was friendly. Get to the window, she’s taking at least 5 minutes to ring up an order and completing my debit transaction. In the meantime, she’s eating Halloween candy perhaps but it was 2 Tootsie rolls while handling my card and placing her candy in her mouth while touching her lips. I should’ve canceled then but my son was hungry and we never eat out since I’m a stay at home mom on medical leave. We eat home cooked meals but I threw caution out the window after reading reviews at other locations in the area. Get to the window, the back up cashier does NOT speak, just hands my food out the window, no acknowledgment. Checking my food, the nuggets are missing..I ordered the $5 Biggie pack. We’re going back and forth because I told her that I know what I ordered. The first cashier rung my order up incorrectly, seems to try to fix it by taking off $1 but nonetheless, overcharged and incorrectly processed my order..probably knew she messed up. Another young lady went ahead and gave me the 4 nuggets, but my son’s burger was lukewarm as was the fries. The nuggets were the same but I was already aggravated..son said let’s just go to practice. The fries were nasty..seem to burn the back of my throat. I think it’s a combination of processed food vs my home cooked meals that I usually make but the poor guest service makes it worse. A waste of $6.41! I want what I paid for regardless of how much it cost. You cannot complete an online complaint without having to do backflips filling in the prompts so I called to complain at the store level. The manager on duty seems to understand my level of dissatisfaction and offered to replace my food but I explained that I normally don’t eat out and definitely haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in countless years. I certainly don’t want a re-make of food that I don’t like but wanted to bring it to her attention. She was apologetic but I told her that this is why a lot of people stopped eating out..poor guest service and lack of sanitation. Lesson learned to...

Dear Restaurant Manager/Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Fayetteville on March 8, 2025, at approximately 5:30 PM.
Upon arrival, despite multiple employees being present, no one was stationed at the front counter, so I placed my order—a $5 Chicken Sandwich Biggie Bag—at the kiosk. While waiting, my friend received their order promptly. However, after 10–15 minutes and several other customers being served, I was still waiting.
When I approached the counter to inquire about my order, the manager checked the screen, apologized, stating that she didn’t look at the screen and then hastily grabbed a sandwich, fries, and nuggets from the line without using gloves—despite previously handling money and the register. Upon checking the bag, I discovered my order was incorrect (a cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich). As I do not eat beef, I politely requested the correct order. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager told me to “have patience.”
At that point, I requested a refund, but the manager stated that refunds were not possible for kiosk orders. After insisting, she eventually opened the register and gave me $6.30—an incorrect amount—while still holding my original order.
This experience was completely unacceptable. The lack of customer service, improper food handling, and unprofessional behavior from management require immediate attention. I strongly urge this location to undergo retraining to ensure proper service and food safety protocols are followed.
I appreciate your time and look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be...
