Thai Ginger 2 GO — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Changing my review after finally getting the chance to try them. In short, that was the best plate of orange chicken I have ever had. The flavor was pretty standard for orange chicken, but the texture of the chicken itself was crispy in a way you don't often get it from other places, and having different spice levels to choose from was a nice touch (2 was perfect). I also ended up spending less than I thought I would, and the quantity of food was generous for $12 plus tax. (I didn't take note of the drink prices since I brought my drink with me.) Also, they had chopsticks, which a lot of food trucks don't seem to.

Dining area is outdoors but comfortable. It's far enough removed from MLK that it isn't too noisy. And the location is good being right next to Walmart (I pass by them at least once every day). I didn't notice a trash can out front, but I might have just missed it — I ended up carrying my trash with me elsewhere, but that wasn't a big inconvenience — and since they did close just before I finished my food, it's possible they simply brought it inside, which is more than reasonable given the trash-loving critters that roam the area at night.

Life and equipment failures happen, so I'm giving this a full 5 stars after trying the food. Hoping they stick around in their current location for a goodn long while so I can keep stopping by when I have...

Thai Ginger 2 Go is hands-down the best Thai place in the state! The chef here is a true master – every dish is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I have never had a single meal here that wasn’t absolutely delicious.

The fried rice is my personal favorite – perfectly seasoned, loaded with fresh ingredients, and always piping hot. The mango sticky rice is the best I’ve ever had – sweet, creamy, and the perfect finish to any meal. Their pad thai is also spot on, with just the right balance of noodles, sauce, and toppings.

Don’t miss their fresh summer rolls! Super tasty, refreshing, and made with high quality ingredients. If you like drinks, their thai tea is a must-try – perfectly sweet and creamy every time.

Service is super fast. Orders are always ready quickly, and the staff is friendly and efficient. You get a ton of food for your money, and the prices are really good.

I ordered through dash pass and had a horrible experience! I got crab rangoons, pineapple sticky rice and pad see ew. The only thing edible was the crab rangoons. There was a total of 3 pieces of chicken in the pad see ew, I ordered it to be at a 1 but it's so spicy I can't eat it. The pineapple in the sticky rice wasn't fresh and was hard because it wasn't ripe so again I couldn't eat it. The customer service at door dash was horrible! After being on the phone with them for over an hour I still didn't have an acceptable resolution. So in short I paid for food that I would never eat, such a waste!
