Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My family and I recently moved into the area. We’ve tried to come to this location 2 times previously but ended up leaving because the line was too long. This evening, I decided to go into the restaurant. There were already at least 4 people waiting in to go orders ahead of me but I still decided to order. I ordered 3 meals with no coleslaw (extra fries and toast instead). After waiting for 30 minutes, my name was called. I checked the boxes before leaving the restaurant. None of the meals had extra fries and one of the meals was missing the chicken. I went back to the counter and showed them the missing chicken. The workers challenged me on what was missing although I showed them the receipt. Finally, they gave me a separate box with the chicken in it. After waiting for so long, I decided to let them know that I didn’t get any extra fries or toast in place of the coleslaw). The manager said from the back “we only give 5 oz of fries). They eventually gave me the missing fries. I was in the store for 35 minutes while my 3 children under 4 sat in the car with my husband. The chicken was fresh, however, the fries were barely cooked. We couldn’t even eat most of them. It was horrible. I spent $36 and feel cheated. I then tried to complete the survey online and got a weird message indicating that the survey invitation had already been used even though I didn’t even put in the code. I also have never completed a Zaxby’s survey so that was weird. My family loves Zaxby’s, however, this experience has left me in a position to likely not return to this location. My first job as a teenager was in fast food. I know from experience that this location can do better. It starts...

Don’t go to this place. I went there for an interview and one of the workers asked if I was picking up I said im here for an interview, she walked off so I figured she was going to get someone. And then apparently the “general manager” was there but she was busy taking care of a customer. She then asked if I needed anything I told her the other coworker took care of me and she wanted to put out “im the general manager” I don’t see why you needed to put that out but I said im here for a interview, she then walked off and came back saying have a nice day, I didn’t know what she meant at first she asked if I needed anything else I said im here for a interview, and she said I was rude to her and her workers, ??? When was I rude?? Like what, im not sure if she wanted to dismiss me cause I didn’t talk to her first but girl you were busy it would’ve been rude if I interrupted you while you were taking care of a customer, or she thought I was rude cause the fact on how I look. Like my face features like judging me cause how I look is literally crazy. Now I don’t even wanna bring skin color in this but it’s most likely cause the skin color I was. Leave that racism back then this is a NEW year. Your acting childish judging people how they look let alone how they can’t even control how they look cause that’s how we’re born. General manager at that age and you acting like that?? Grow up. Literally. Or it could be the other co worker thought I had a attitude and wanted to snitch, like ma'am it is 10 am why is there problems...

To me, it's just luck with this place.

The first time we ordered from this Zaxbys most of the sauce packets had busted in the bag and It got all over our food, it got to the point where it made it look inedible. We also asked for a 20 piece chicken nugget meal but there only 16, (the people here really need to check the bags). Then the lady told us that we were going to have to pay for another one. So then we threw the food away, realizing we wasted $50.83. This day had brought me and my family disappointment from this establishment.

The second time we ate here, I ordered a salad and chicken nugget meal. They gave us the wrong sauce, but they said "we already put it in there" so we just asked if we could have the honey mustard sauce and they said, "you have to pay for it". I was asking for just 2 honey mustard sauces, is that too much to ask for? We didn't notice that one of the sauce packets had busted in one of our bags, this was really frustrating to deal with.

Overall, I'm not pleased with this restaurants performance. I've been letting so many careless mishaps slide, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to a friend. but after what happened today, I just had to post a review regarding this place.
