Beware. The store is very filthy in the food prep area and the staff is poorly managed and unprofessional for business. Sure the counter tops are wiped down with dirty unwashed rags that give the surfaces a clean look but the contamination process isn't visible to the naked / untrained eye. A closer look at the store's cleanliness reveals a horrific and unacceptable rating. The place should be shut down for inspection from the health department and other local authorities until corrected. Notifying the management would be useless at this point since they are complicit with the situation and contribute to the problem. One photo shows the store manager wearing pizza doe around his head and uniform hat with the GM standing right behind him during the unacceptable photoshoot. With the price of food cost, it is highly unlikely that they have thrown away the contaminated food and instead reused the doe for somebody else's order. The store is being brought to the health departments, FDA & proper authorities attention for their deceive-able and unacceptable malpractice of a business. Anybody sick from this place (84th Avenue and Huron St./ Federal Heights Domino's Pizza location) should seek the proper authorities for reconciliation. A place like this is an epicenter for the spread of diseases and viruses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and should be held accountable for their actions of mistrust with the handling of food and customer services. There are more bad reviews with this business than there are with good reviews and should be considered before ordering anything from this location. Read moreI placed a order online as I normally do. One of my pizzas was made with the wrong sauce. So I called the store and nicely advised of this which they apologized for and stated they were out of our sauce but offered to make the pizza with a different sauce that we would like. I agreed and stated that I understood mistakes happen and thanked the person for his assistance. I received a automated call at 8:08 pm asking my pizza was on its way mind you the store is 10 minutes from my house. At 8:50 still no pizza so I called again and was told the reorder was put in wrong and that they need to start it over and will have it to me in 30-45 min. I asked for a manager. I advised this was not acceptable as my husband needs his food and was told they could credit my next order. I asked for the pizza and a credit which was declined. I advised I’d come get the pizza but wanted to be credited. Declined. I asked for corporate number and was advised to call 1-800-dominos. Which does not get us to make a complaint. When the woman working was preparing to hand me the pizzas, she began to goof around with her coworkers before dropping one of the pizzas before me. I appreciate her effort to try to compensate me with a different pizza she had sitting around, but I told her I would like the specific pizza I ordered. Displeased with my request, she quickly got angered and ordered that I leave the store and that she would call the authorities if I did not. I asked her for her name and for a manager in attempts to clear the situation up and receive what I ordered. But, she denied both requests stating, “Leave. I will not give you my name.” Then minutes later, “I’m the manager. Leave or I’ll call the police.” I am very displeased with the whole situation.
