This is the second time I have placed sandwiches to be made online and ready to be picked up where my orders were messed up. First time 3 of the 5 sandwiches were missing ingredients. At least 1 ingredient for each of those 3. My family didn't care and ate them anyways.
Today I had 4 sandwiches made. All 4 were not cut. They also weren't toasted like I had requested when I made the order. My sandwich was the only one that was missing an ingredient. I paid $1.50 extra for sliced avocado. I drove back here to tell the gal that my order wasn't made correctly that avocado was missing. I was told that there was no sliced avocado even available, that I could be given a packet of guacamole. Told her I didn't want guacamole. (There is ingredients in it I do not like/want). I told her that I wasn't even told about the no avocado when I picked up the order. I asked for my $1.50 back. I was told that wasn't an option but was given 2 cookies instead. Yippy... gave them to my son.
I would leave a review on the sight itself or app but I can't because you need a paper receipt. Well when I picked up the order she showed me the name on the receipt, asked me to confirm..I said yes. Then immediately she crumpled up the receipt and threw it in the trash.
I also did not receive a receipt the first time I placed an order as well. Didn't notice that till I got home. Usually I get handed the receipt or it's put in the bag. When I got home, no receipt.

I wore the biggest frown at this monstrosity of a sandwich I didn't want, as I immediately tossed it in the garbage. I will never go to this subway again despite it being close to home.
