I had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Chili’s located at 711 Gravois Rd in Fenton, MO, and I have to say our experience was made unforgettable by one person: our waitress, Donnazia. From the very beginning, she greeted us with such warmth and positivity that it immediately set the tone for the rest of the evening. It wasn’t just customer service it was genuine hospitality that made us feel like we were in the right place.
Donnazia was incredibly kind, and it showed in every interaction she had with us. She took the time to introduce herself with a smile that lit up the room and instantly made us feel comfortable. Her approach wasn’t rushed or rehearsed; she was calm, present, and truly engaged with us throughout the entire meal. That kind of energy is rare, and it elevated the entire dining experience. She was not only attentive but also extremely intuitive. She seemed to know exactly when we needed something without us having to ask. Whether it was refilling drinks, checking in to make sure our food was just right, or simply stopping by to see how we were doing, Donnazia handled it all with grace and ease. You could tell she genuinely cared, and that made a huge difference. When it came to our order, she was both knowledgeable and helpful. We had a couple of questions about the menu, and she gave thoughtful recommendations without hesitation. She even helped customize a few items for dietary preferences and did it all with a great attitude — no eye rolls, no sense of inconvenience, just happy to help. It really felt like she wanted us to love our meal.
What impressed me the most was how consistent and upbeat she remained even as the restaurant got busier. It was clear she had multiple tables to juggle, but she never once looked overwhelmed or rushed. Every guest she interacted with got the same high level of care and attention. That takes real skill and professionalism — she made it look effortless. Her kindness extended beyond just good service. She had little moments of conversation that made us feel like more than just customers. We laughed, we joked, and by the end of the night, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. That kind of connection is something you can’t fake — it’s just who she is, and it left a lasting impression. Even other servers and staff seemed to enjoy working around her. You could sense the positive energy she brought to the team, and it made for a relaxed and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant. That kind of team dynamic speaks volumes, and Donnazia clearly plays a big part in creating it.
The food was great, but honestly, it was her service that truly made the night memorable. It’s not often that someone stands out so much that you feel the need to write a review, but in this case, it was a no-brainer. She deserves recognition for the way she carries herself and how she treats guests. If you’re thinking about going to Chili’s in Fenton, I absolutely recommend asking for Donnazia if she’s working. She’ll turn a simple meal into something really special. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also radiates kindness in such a natural and genuine way.
Thank you again, Donnazia, for your incredible service. You truly went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be back not just for the food, but...
Read moreReally wish I could give this 4 stars. But chillis has gone down hill imo. The ribs used to be good now they taste like they were just boiled in water or steamed and had sauce thrown on them. Their prices have gone up and portions have shrunk. The barbeque is a hard pass, specially the over priced barbeque platters. The burgers are honestly the best thing here. They have great burgers and they are large. But I do think them getting rid of the garlic aioli sauce on them was a downgrade. I would give 2 stars if not for the burgers. I feel like restraunts need to step up their game in general. If it's going to cost you what they charge now days the food better be top quality and fill you up both. It cost alot to eat out now and downgrading the food quality is why restraunts are failing. Customers are flocking to Mexican places because the food is good and the prices are cheap. Big chains need to do the same if they want to stay in buisness. Applebee's is garbage too for the money. 54th street and Fridays used to be great but they got greedy and charge too much and lowered their quality. Ruby Tuesdays failed because they kept raising prices and their food in the end was mediocre at best. You want to keep customers you need good food at decent prices. That's the magic sauce to a successful restaurant. Why is Texas road house so popular still ? They have some good food, large portions and their prices are reasonable. You always leave that place full and not feeling like you over paid. Other chains need to do the same or they will fail. People don't have alot of money now, the cost of living is rediculous. So when we go out to eat we are going to go to places where it's worth our money and the food is better than what we can...

I remember having fond memories of this place from the last time I ate at the Mid Rivers location around ten years ago. I was excited to finally eat at Chili’s again with my girlfriend who had never been. Our experience was unfortunately quite discouraging.
We ordered bone in wings as an appetizer. They seemed fine enough at a glance but after the first bite we noticed the chicken was alarmingly undercooked. We had to send these back.
My girlfriend got the fajita shrimp and she said it was mediocre with nothing noteworthy to be said. She ordered corn on the cob like me and she never received hers.
I got the “chicken crispers”, for which I was tremendously excited to try. I had recently seen an ad for them. I got them in the chipotle sauce which was pretty solid. The problem is the chicken itself was exceedingly low quality. On par with frozen Tyson strips. I know, through extensive experience, not to expect much from the chicken served at big chains but this was abysmal 3.1/10 clucks. There’s no excuse for this sort of underachievement when other big chains like Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse have the time to make fresh, hand breaded, chicken strips.
Another problem occurred when our bill arrived. Every item had been charged twice. It was an easy fix so no harm no foul. It makes you wonder, however, how many people just paid after this mistake without noticing their bill being doubled.
Overall I would not recommend and we will not be back. It was...
