Zero stars for the manager/cook of this location. Went inside the restaurant to eat, 30 minutes later no food, very rude manager/cook. We left and won’t be back. They don’t want you to use the online ordering at all, they will make 10 peoples multi orders before making any online orders even if you let them know you are in the store and just ordered.
My husband and I went in store to eat, found a table and ordered on the mobile app. After ordering, I went up to the counter, advised of my online order and got our drink cups. We then sat at a table. 20 minutes went by and I began to see customers who came in after we ordered, get their food. We waited a few more minutes and then went up to ask how much longer. The woman who I assume was the manager said that she prioritized all in store orders over any mobile app orders. I looked above the grill where the receipt/orders were and ours was all the way on the left and maybe another 6 customer orders all to the right of it with multiple drop down receipts (multiple sandwiches.)
She said it would be a while longer until she even got to make ours. We waited another ten minutes and she still was prioritizing new walk in customers over our order. I then asked for a refund. No remorse or apology by the manager. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with Penn station.
Waited more than 30 minutes and we did not get our food and threw out our cups.
I have sent all info online to the email and website for contact. The upper management and district managers should be aware of this...

I had arrived at the Penn Station in Fenton Missouri around 8:27 pm. They had a note on their door that said short-staffed. Closing at 9pm. I went inside with my girlfriend and her son to grab something to eat. They asked if it was for dine in or carry out. I said carry out. Then another employee walks up and says that they are closed. I said the sign says 9 pm. He reiterated that they were closed. They had two people behind the counter and one in front of the counter cleaning the store, so three people total. My girlfriend & son ended up leaving the store since they wouldnt take our order. We drove down to Arnold Penn Station. They had two people only working in the store and they took our order & were super friendly. The food was fresh & the customer service from the Arnold location was top notch. I will never go back to the Fenton location. Poor customer service. A sign that said they were open later, but workers who decided they'd close, keep the open sign on after we left & kept the...
Read moreI have always came to this location for lunch, today I came in and idk if this lady is the manager but the way she speaks to her employees or fellow cop workers is disturbing to say the least. I get it people have bad days but the way you treat people can last a lifetime. If I ever had to work with such a rude hateful person like her I’d never work in this society. Someone like that is the reason they run through their employees and have such a huge turn around with getting good people. She’s yelling at her staff while customers are in the store, yelling at her customers that if the food isn’t on the door dash table it will be out when it’s out. Obviously her employees are new and still learning and she’s screaming at them. It’s so sad. I had to tell the girl getting yelled at to breath and take her time it was all...
