Food is good but customer service is whack I orders some food saterday and found a chunk of metal in it so I called and they were nice enough to credit my order when I called in today to get my order re made I told them I wanted my credited order they said I didn’t have enough for a delivery so I ordered additional food so I can get it delivered they brought me my additional but not my remake of my order so I called them to let them know and the guy (who delivered my food) argued with me saying I never said anything about my re make said I never said anything about my phö when that was the first thing I said told me my order was 17 and some change and I get back chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon $17 for crab Rangoon and chicken I honestly never wanted the additional I just wanted my phö talking to both the new woman and the man so I don’t suggest this place I’ve worked in food For quite some time and the customer is always right for one and 2 your not to argue with the customer I have never felt so disrespected by customer service it was definitely some poor service and when I get off work I will be going in there personally to talk to the manager He should be ashamed for talking to someone the way that...

UPDATE: Shout out to Ashley! Even saying she gave EXCELLENT customer service does not do my interaction with her justice. I called to put in my order after a very frustrating day on 4/2an hour before you closed. She did such a small act of kindness for us and it made my all negative day so much better. She sympathized and listened and gave her own person input. I appreciate you Ashley! She earned you guys your 5th star back. DO NOT GO HERE!! I placed a delivery order. They missed some of the food and didn't realize it until we called. The food had absolutely no flavor. I ordered orange chicken and rice dinner. The rice didn't have any taste and the orange chicken didn't taste very orange. My fiancé got lo mein and her noodles didn't come with any vegetables and she said it tastes like noodles fried in oil. When we called and asked what could be done to make it better, all they had to say is "we've been using this recipe for 23 years and there's nothing we can do about it" they didn't offer a refund or anything to make it better. They are extremely overpriced for what they serve and honestly I wouldn't give their food to my dog. I would have much rather ordered from taco bell 2 minutes farther for half the price and better food quality.
