I have been going to this restaurant since I was a little girl. Everything is usually ok, but this time I went they got my order wrong. Didn't think to check it because they are always right when it comes to getting your order correct. Well when I realized my order was wrong I called back and they stated that I paid $2 less than what I should have so if I come back with $2 they would fix my order. I returned to get my rice with the $2 on my debit card they then told me I would have to add to my order because they don't swipe a debit card for under $3. I was displeased with this because I had paid $28 on my debit card previously for my order. I should have been told that over the phone. I felt like I had to pay for their mistake, I had to go all the way back there could not eat my food together because I didn't want it to get cold and you have the nerve to tell me that I have to spend more money for your mistake. Like I said previously I have been going there for over 30 years and because of this one incident of poor customer service I will not go back which is a disappointment because they were my favorite Chinese restaurant. The āfried riceā was not fried it was brown but tasted boiled. Thereās was not a lick of oil on the rice to prove the rice was fried either. It tastes like a pre cooked rice not fresh but warm.
