it was a cold October morning right after they opened for the day when my wife and I decided to try them for the first time for our Anniversary. when we got there half of the restaurant was full, so they sat us next to the door in a booth I did not fit in when it was 35 degrees with a lovely view of the road. I would have much preferred seeing the brewery that I went to eat at. Every time the door opened a cold shiver went up my spine. They were rather quick to take our order but rather slow in delivering it. It took me 5 minutes to get a refill of my soda. By the time they cleared soda glasses there were five of them in a row. it took 25 minutes to get our appetizers. I do not recommend the stuffed mushrooms. My wife's Brat board was much better though I had wished she would have gotten the beer cheese and mustard though the pretzels were a little hard in my opinion. Whoever has heard of burgers and sandwiches being served dry I will never know. my Cuban wasn't bad other than being dry so I ended up trading it with my wife who did not like her white cheddar burger on a pretzel bun. in the end the best takeaway I can give is that the brat board is good, the onion rings were good, and I didn't have to take out a loan to pay the bill. UPDATE We gave them another chance a year later and it got worse. We got the best board again and they tasted like organ meat which I'm allergic to so I asked what the ingredients are in them which all food purchased for restaurant use must come with and they didn't know. So the best thing the first time was the worse thing this time and nothing else was anything to write home about and they short us on cheese sauces and they somehow managed to ruin a reuben....

Best place to go for quality, down-home prepared food fostering pleasured spot on service, and clean covid-19-practicing dinning room. These cooks need a standing ovation because you wouldn't consider the food is on point, and...then it is! Calling all those sounding business such as Emerson, Express Scripts, UMSL, ect... may think it's not a safe 8 minute drive off campus BUT you will be pleasantly surprised. Do yourselves a favor and have lunch one of the best food in Ferguson's. PARK IN the public parking lot, right behind the Brewery, you can't miss it after driving through the main lot feeling no good spots are open. At that point, take two left turns when you come to the intersection.

If you're going for beer try the Hefeweizen, if your going anything else I wouldn't know because I asked for a sample and stopped at that. Then again, I drink beer flavored water like mich ultra or bud light. Not into hops or craft beer but those that came with me rave about their brews. If you're going for food try beer cheese soup, lunch salad or the cheese burger. Barbecue is to die for! I encourage you to change it up at the cafeteria scene once and a while and throw some excitement into your team's production results and above all STOP wasting time for carryout options catered or personal fast food alternatives. Even though I encourage for the brewery carry out options, I rather you take your team in for lunch and see how enjoyable this establishment beholds for the diner.

We come here quite often since we work very close to here. We had a party of six and decided to sit outside since it was nice. No other costumers were outside except us. Our waitress was a tall young blonde and she never introduced herself. We all ordered our drinks and I asked for ice tea with lemon and sweetener, she brought it out and forgot the lemon and I asked for some. I believe this is when it went down hill. I finished my first glass of tea and she brought me some more and forget the sweetener, so I asked for some. When she did return, she literally THREW my sweetener on the table and left. I was like that was rude! Everyone at the table agreed. So our food came out like 40 MINUTES later, another waitress brought our food out and didn't have my food. So she went back inside to get it. Our food wasn't HOT! We didn't see our waitress for at least 20 minutes for drink refills. So we all ate our food and when the bill came out and we all paid separate, two paid cash and one of them was me. She came out to deliver the change and she didn't know who's cash was who's? So I said I had the double smash burger and ice tea. She looked up at me and said, "IT DOES NOT SAY THAT ON THIS BILL!" It took everything in me not to yell back! So we all left and I didn't leave a very good tip
