I normally would give this place a 5 star but after today I’d love to give it a 0 star. The Papa Johns Team had my order delivered via Door Dash after the order was already 30 mins late. The store location unfortunately gave the door dash driver the wrong soda items for my order. He was given one Mountain Dew soda and one Cherry Pepsi soda (I ordered four regular Pepsi’s). I called the location and waited on hold then was hung up on. I then called a second time and explained I made an order online that ended up being delivered by door dash but the drinks he was given were incorrect. He immediately cut me off and said, “Were you supposed to get the Pepsi or the Mountain Dew?” I said I was supposed to get four Pepsi’s but the dasher only had one of each and the Pepsi he did have was a Cherry one which is not what I ordered. I explained I either wanted a refund or the Pepsi’s delivered as I ordered 4 which is clear on the Papa Johns app, the email I was sent and the box that has the itemized order on it. The employee then kept blaming the dasher and cutting me off. He started to raise his voice at me after I calmly asked him to please let me talk as I am the customer and I just want a resolution as I have paid for an order I’m not satisfied with nor received the full order. He then yelled at me and said he wasn’t refunding me even though he already acknowledged I did not get my full order. He then hung up on me. I called back now a third time and asked to speak to a manager. The same employee said he was the manager. I said there is no way you are the manager because no manager would be disrespectful to a costumer like that and then just hang up on them after they’ve given you their money for a product. He said again that he was the manager. I told him he was being very rude and that he should want to offer his customer a resolution and he hung up on me again. I then called again now a fourth time and asked him what his name was, he responded that it was Devante. I then asked once again why he was so adamant on not refunding me for items I did not receive. He the said, “If you want your stuff you need to pick it up but I’m not giving you nothing.” He then hung up on me again. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. His behavior was unacceptable and not managerial at all. If he is indeed a manager then he should not be as he is horrible representation of the company if a positive image is what they want portrayed. I order from Papa Johns regularly, but am contemplating if I want to continue giving my hard earned money to a store like that. Even looking at the food the order is not correct. Read moreOrdered Papa John’s this past Saturday, worst experience ever. Place the order online and chose the option to pick up curbside at the store. The app let you know when it’s time to pick up and ask that you press a notification that will let the store know that you are there and they would bring your order out to your car. Well I did there’s no one ever came out. There was nowhere to park due to the lot being full and I had kids in the car, so I waited and waited no one came out and then I called the store which takes you to some automated reply that says this number is not taking calls at the moment. So I had to get out after waiting go inside of the store and I called the number as I stood there in the phone never even rings inside of the store. So I go in of course the pieces are not stored in a warmer so by this time they’re cold and disgusting looking and one was not made right. So I asked that it be made the way that I ordered it and waited I’ll pay for it. So it was remade I drove all the way home and of course by this time the other piece it looked disgusting so I took it back so that they can make it fresh. Only to get pushback and a horrible attitude from some little boy who claimed that he was the manager. He kept trying to say he wasn’t going to remake it because he remade the other one which by the way it was their fault that it was wrong and went on to imply that I was trying to get a free pizza even wait though I brought the nasty looking thing back they took it and threw it away and this will be a replacement so how am I trying to get anything free. He ended up on purpose not putting mine in no one else was in the store no other customers and I remain patient but then after one and a half hours I’m like no so I went up and ask where is my pizza and then some other little girl comes up and says she was another manager there is not even put in, and you can already imagine where this goes from here. Read moreI was in the area for a few days for work and ordered twice from this papa John's. I Placed a pick up order first time and order was quick and pizza was great. Now my 2nd order was for delivery to the hotel I was staying at and this experience was not even close to as good as my first. I was told 45 to 55 minutes for delivery when I placed my order. 1 hour 15 minutes later, no pizza yet, so I placed a call to the store to check on it. After 3x attempts to contact someone and being disconnected each time I tried again this time pressing the prompt to place a new order. Call was immediately answered and I was told he would transfer me to a manager. Again rang about 5 times and disconnected me. Now at this point being 90 minutes since I initially placed my order I was not only hungry, frustrated, and frankly getting angry but also getting concerned that any other restaurant would be closing or closed already in case I needed to find food elsewhere. So I called one last time and again transferred to Manager who actually answered and stated the driver had my order and would be there shortly. Exactly 2 hours 6 minutes from my ordering the pizza, mind you this was on a Tuesday evening, not a busy weekend or anything, the driver shows up with my order. I imagine the pizza would have been delicious if it hadnt been cold as ice. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if I had been at my home with an oven to warm it up but being at a hotel with nothing but a mini microwave to cool anything and no dishes to warm it up on, I reverted to my college days and had cold pizza for dinner. Considering my hotel was 1.4 miles from the store you'd think my pizza would have at least been Luke warm. Maybe I had a bad experience but 50% from what I understand is still considered a failing grade even with today's new math.
