Emerald City Smoothie — Restaurant in Fife

I hate leaving bad reviews and only doing so in hope ownership or manager actually reads it, so they can be aware of it. I am a customer Who frequently comes here. I absolutely love emerald smoothies when they are made correctly, however There is a serious issue with consistency, and lately especially my last 6 visits sadly have been a waste of money! Even after requesting them to remade. Ech time some however even worse the orginal one made. This last visit the re made one was actually worse than the 1st one completely un drinkable. I dont mind sending more money with the prices being rasied (which may be also due to lack in Consistency) but now is making me no longer want to gamble not knowing weather or not its going to be made right.With summer around the corner I truly look forward to my smoothies working at a dealership, who orders as a group often, and also knowing that others I work with also feel the same. We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time...

I called the Fife location hoping to stop by, but they were already closed. However, I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ariana on the phone and she went above and beyond to help me out. She took the time to find nearby locations that were still open, gave me their hours, and even explained the reasoning behind Fife’s earlier closing time due to lower traffic after 6 PM. She also mentioned that Fife opens earlier than any other Emerald City Smoothie, which was helpful info.

I haven’t even visited this location yet, but based purely on the amazing service from Ariana, I’m giving it 5 stars. Super professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. This kind of customer service deserves recognition. Thank...
