Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fife

Horrible service. I work across the street and it takes them over 30 mins to get me my sub. I have called and complained several times to managers and they have been no help. They have horrible childish attitudes. They have no customer service. I have no got the owners name to hopefully get some answers. Every time our orders are wrong. Twice they have delivered the wrong order to me completely. You order something and there out instead of calling to let you know. They just add double of something else thinking its making up for it. What they did was actually a mistake .What they gave me I cant even have. I will never go back to this jimmy johns again. I love Jimmy Johns, but I ordered 3 subs today for me and my coworkers and it took an hour from when I ordered them for them to get here. I called the store to see what was going on and their only response was that it left at 12:40, but it was 1:15 when I called. I worked delivery and if you bundle the deliveries correctly I know it doesn't take that long to get here. Plus I work 4 minutes away from the store. The driver was just as rude making excuses as to why he was late saying he got lost. Where I work people order Jimmy Johns all the time and no one complains about finding us. Got my food super late and I start eating it and the tomatoes are green! I worked for a few food places and we never would use tomatoes that weren't ready and the bread was soggy. I am officially changing my review from five stars across the board. My daughter and I went there one evening for dinner the first thing we noticed was one of the workers with a big nasty hickey on their neck that is so tacky and unprofessional. The employees definitely have switched up no one there greeted us with a smile , we had to speak first it was just a weird situation honestly. Not to mention our food was not up to par the bread was hard!! The meat, cheeses and lettuce tasted old. That is the last time that we will be going there, which is sad because my daughter and I used to love going there.
