Starbucks — Restaurant in Fife

Went in to get a coffee and a bakery item. The woman at the register seemed friendly. I received my items very quickly, so I decided to sit in and study a bit on my phone. Once I finished up, I needed to use the restroom so I ran my coffee out to my car (I was alone and you can never be too trusting these days). I came back in not even a minute later and went to the bathroom passing by the woman at the register. While I am using the bathroom an employee comes and is pounding on the door (the door was locked so it said occupied), I also said “occupied”, not sure if she couldn’t hear me or what, but she decided to keep pounding all the way through me washing and blow drying my hands (I’m not kidding either she pounded all the way until I opened the door). I open the door and see that the other bathroom was wide open so I’m wondering who the heck is going to pound on my door like that when there’s another bathroom open. I looked to see one of the employees. She immediately turned her back, didn’t say why she was aggressively knocking on the door, and walked away to go back behind the counter, as I opened the door. This is completely disrespectful. I was a paying customer trying to use the restroom and this woman thought she had the right to pound on my door the entire time. That’s definitely not a way to treat customers at all. Definitely not happy with this woman’s behavior, I wish I got her name, but I was just so baffled at how she acted that I just left. Starbucks needs to do better at hiring customer friendly people apparently. I will never go back to that location...

My Americano with extra cream is always fantastic the service is always great they're always quick and thorough and they always offer me a little bit more then maybe I plan on going in but I always fall for it because I like their food too. The locations perfect for me and the staff I mean like almost all the Starbucks I've been to the staff is well trained and they really take pride in what they're doing at least from what I can tell and I like that and they don't have snarky attitudes they don't act like you're inconveniencing them they make a good cup of coffee and it's a nice environment good place to relax and I like free Wi-Fi so maybe you pay a little more but in the long run you get a lot more for that money. It's a good value. The egg bites they're crazy good I love the egg bites so with that I would recommend it if you haven't been there before I'd be shocked but if you have been there go...

Everyday I order 2 coffees via mobile order. Lately I had to add no milk foam to the orders since they would give me half a cup full of just milk foam. After requesting no milk foam on my order they continued to do so. When this was the case I would call them to let them know of the situation. Unfortunately I don’t have time to wait for a remake and I would request to get the coffees the next day. They do this so frequently that this time when I called about the issue they said they would no longer remake them for me. This honestly, wouldn’t be an issue if they would’ve made my coffee with no milk foam. The lady who said this claimed to be the manager “ Jacqueline” When I called to confirm who the manager was they hung up on me.
