I heard that this location went under new ownership, excited to see the new changes I was let down to find that the owner or employees were allowing their children to run around in the back yelling and such. That does not sound very sanitary and not to the fault of the children but to hear children running around behind a food line where things are prepped and cut makes me really unsure about eating there. Also was let down to notice a change in quality with their food. I love the Chicken bacon ranch flat bread but I noticed their lacking portions. I also gave my favorite item many chances for redemption but it always seemed like something was off like the bacon tasted funny and it was not fresh. I don't think I will be eating there again. If you have an actual life they do not care they will call u in and if u do not go in your getting set up to get fired.    Read moreI placed an order on the app for the first time. I showed up a about 7 minutes early and they couldn't find my order and said it was my fault for putting the order in so early (1 hour). While I explained what I ordered, she said they didn't carry one of the items on the menu.
Finally my order popped up about 4 minutes before my pick up time. in the midst of the confusion. While I waited, the staff wasn't the friendliest group of people and kept staring at me.
When my smoothies were done, they each handed me one at a time (3) total. I maneuvered them to my car. Then the rest of my order came and it was wrong so I had to wait longer in the unfriendly environment.
