Was super excited for Dunkin to come to Findlay, opening day my husband brought donuts home and they were very good. But I went in today to see what he said about lack of experience and the employees only disappointed me. Waking in no one greeted you, acknowledged you, or even cared that you were there. 1 register is not enough for a campus town, and 1 employee running it and getting the donuts is not enough. The employee running the register didn’t seem happy to be there, and what completely has turned me off to this establishment is that she was using her gloves to take money and get the donuts. She never once changed gloves or switched hands to not cross contaminate. Wondering by what I saw if the employees even went through food service training. This employee was all alone at the register trying to get donuts for people as well while there were 4 employees including 2 managers just talking and standing around by the coffee station. After working in the food industry I can not ignore some things. Cups and ice all over the floor, leaving an extreme hazard for employees. I expect them to be at their best to WOW FINDLAY during their opening week, day 3 and they can’t seem to work together as a team but have managed to figure out how to stand around and talk and ignore...
Read moreI had ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 coffees a donut and 4 hashbrowns only to get back to the jobsite 10 minutes later to find that they had forgotten my maple bacon sandwich and one of my hashbrowns I called back and asked to come back and get they rest of my food, I then had to leave work again to come back and get my breakfast, after driving another 10 minutes back and then waiting 10 more minutes for my sandwiches I asked if they would top my coffee off for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back and waste time for the food I originally purchased, Austin the "acting management" told me that he wouldn't do that and I could purchase another coffee, to me that's a terrible way to treat your customers and especially after you inconvenienced them. I'll be making sure the rest of my time here I will never return to this dunkin donuts location, very very poor customer service and respect for the customer, I would recommend never coming here and supporting a smaller local business solely based off the behavior of management at this location, I hope they remedy the situation by hiring a more competent employee for the position 0/10...
Read moreThis Dunkin’ is absolutely a roadside rubbery shop that everyone likes Dunkin’ should stay away from this place. I have ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a coffee early on the last Saturday morning and asked to wait at the next Window for picking up after paid $20 for the order. After about 45 minutes waiting, a guy finally showed up at that window asking us for what has been ordered. We told him our order and asked him be quick since we were in a rush for a morning event (and that is the reason we want to go fast food but not somewhere needs an hour to cook a sandwich). Then later after another half an hour waiting at that window, the guy told us our order is still in processing as they are really busy. We ended up have to run away to catch up the event without anything from there but lost $20. I have never experienced such bad fast food service anywhere else. This Dunkin’ place must have something extremely gone wrong. By the way, the guy took our order has the yellowish hair and a square block shape face. Not sure if that is the guy keeps stealing the customers’ money or just simply gives such bad...
