Ordered a venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with no whip cream (traditionally the drink has whip cream on top, that's all). Went through the drive thru, a worker handed my mom the drink with both whip cream on top and and on the bottom, she handed it back to me and as soon as we got out of the drive thru, we pulled into a pick-up spot. My mom went in and talked to a worker to get the $6.45 drink fixed because I don't like whip cream (BUT I have ordered it regular before, it comes with whip cream on top), worker was passive aggressive and rude about fixing the drink, made a comment about the drink usually getting made with whip cream on both the bottom and the top (this is one of the two drink I go back and forth between, i have never gotten it that way before), they ended up fixing the drink but didn't put cookie crumbs in.
(For context, I'm in a boot and on crutches, that's the whole reason we originally did drive thru because I had just gotten done at school and my foot already hurt from walking around the high school so much. Whip cream makes me feel queasy so I usually don't get it, I already had an upset stomach so I ordered it without whip cream, no major changes to the drink...

Read moreI’ve been to many Starbucks over the years, and this location is BY FAR the worst I’ve ever experienced. I typically go to the Tiffin Ave store and the experiences are night and day. This location probably shouldn’t offer mobile ordering because they just can’t seem to handle it. There was apparently only 1 barista working this afternoon who was responsible for mobile orders. She didn’t come out of the back to start making any of the orders until it had already been 10 minutes after my drink was supposed to be done. Zero apologies. Total annoyance when I asked for a status. I would never have even been acknowledged if I didn’t speak up myself to ask for an update. No teamwork. Zero customer service skills.
