Taco Bell — Restaurant in Findlay

My mom has a lot of dietary restrictions, she can't eat meat or dairy without getting really sick and getting flare ups so Taco bell is really nice due to being able to customize your food. We usually order from Tiffin aves store and they always make sure everything is great for us, especially her, however this time when we ordered online it switched the store to this one. When our food arrived they forgot FOUR different items, and the only food that had specific details to not put any meat or dairy on it had cheese on it. We understood it was a big order so we gave them a call and told them exactly what they had missed, and what they had messed up, so they asked us if we could come pick it up and tell them what the order was instead of delivering it to us; which we agreed because we just wanted our food. My mom decided to go down to make sure they didn't put cheese on her food this time and to pick up the missing items, she was on the phone with us and in detail she told them everything we were missing and that she needed no cheese on her food because she can't have it. My mom had been working all day but was very patient and excited for food, and when she got back home exited to eat, they somehow managed to put cheese and sour cream on her food again. She was so tired from work and exhausted she didn't have the energy to worry about it, and it's just taco bell, but it was upsetting to see as she had been so patient and make extra sure online and in person that there needed to be no dairy or meat. I understand it's a fast food place, and I understand things happen, but as someone who's worked in fast food for a long time it really isn't that hard. I'm not sure how you can manage to mess up twice that bad with very specific instructions, it's honestly embarrassing lmao. Definitely the bad taco bell...

7/11/25 I picked up an order we placed online from the Taco Bell on Trenton Ave in Findlay and, boy, was it a big disappointment. We've been going to this Taco Bell for years and never had this big of a problem till today. We ordered Nacho Cheese Doritos Supreme Tacos and just got regular Nacho Cheese Doritos Tacos. On top of that, the shredded cheese on these regular tacos was so sparse we could hardly see any. Normally, the tacos are filled to the top, but these were only filled a little over halfway. They were so blah, we didn't even finish them and threw what was left out (first time we've ever done this). The nacho fries were cold (tried one on the home), and there was hardly any nacho seasoning on them. At first, we thought they gave us plain old fries until we looked closer. Thank goodness the fries were free using one of our rewards. We also requested taco sauce and got absolutely none. Lastly, if every crispy chicken order is like the one we received, don't bother. One piece was the size of my pinky and the other piece was the size of my middle finger (based on a woman's small hand). For $4, it was a HUGE waste of money!!! Won't be ordering Taco Bell, again, for quite a while after...

My son visited Trenton location in findlay ohio a few days ago and paid for steak chalupas but received them with hamburger..we just let that go.

Today my BIL went up and place an order of 3 cravings boxes, 3 quesidillas,2 steak chalupas and 2 chicken chalupas the cravings boxes were chalupas and cruchwraps as well and you are suppose to get a side. My BIL told them that it wasn't right and the guy told him thank you have a nice day when he asked why they weren't in boxes the guy states that the boxes are only for when you order online but yet, I set was in the box....ummm hello well I didn't order one online and then in and order 2 more. When my BIL got back I asked what happened and he told me so he called up and the guy was nasty and rude and I asked him for corporate number and his name and again he refused to give his name and that his asst.
