Went here because the dump across the street named Denny's has incompetent employees that can't handle their workload. Anyways. Employees here were absolutely awesome. Fresh awesome fries, fresh hot sub, and great chocolate chip cookies. Clean tables. Clean pop machine. Would definitely come here again.

I've always loved Penn Station, but this location goes above and beyond what normal standards are...in my own opinion. The food isn't just cooked to order it's cooked very well to order. Fries are always on point! Try the Chicken-Philly! You won't regret it, I promise!

When I was younger, Penn Station was my favorite place to eat. In fact, I loved it so much that my dad used it as an incentive. Anyways, not every location is great, but this one reminded me of how good the basic formula could be. Will definitely stop here again.

I ordered Penn Station after work over the phone to quickly pick up before I had to pick my son up from daycare. I drove to the old Tiffin Ave location where I thought I would be pulling up to Penn’s Station and was so sad to see it was no longer there. So, I tried to call and explain that I did not have time to drive to the other location in time to pick my son up before the daycare closed but was unable to get through, as she was probably busy making the food I had ordered. I got home (since my sons daycare and our home is not in Findlay) and received a phone call from Alexis, ( I believe her name was?) a manager from Penn Station. I explained the situation to her and she was so extremely understanding, doing everything she could to keep the food warm for us, going as far as willing to give me a discount due to the inconvenience which was so generous as it was not her fault. I was so impressed with the way she handled the situation, she made sure someone was still able to eat the food so it did not go to waste and handled the situation with so much understanding, kindness, and...

Penn-Station West is amazing!! Seriously the nicest people in there! They didn’t get irritated that I had a big order when I called! They honored the deal for all of our subs that they had going on today! Plus as I was waiting for my order, the lady (I’m assuming the manager)that helped me, was SUPER NICE, VERY POLITE, AND SHOWED THAT SHE GENUINELY LOVED HER JOB!!! Not a great experience. I ask for my full sub to cut in 4 pieces. The person cut it in thirds and then realized the mistake and cut one of the thirds in half to make 4. Not the end of the world. I still ate it But the fries! Look nothing like the pictures on the wall. crappy soggy fries looked like ends and pieces. Loaded with a ton of salt. Showed the shift manager, he just agreed with me and didn't offer a replacement. So I left. I guess that's what you get for...
