Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Findlay

While their icecream and cakes are delicious their customer service every time I’ve dealt with them leaves something to be desired. The younger staff in the findlay store are very dismissive of people’s time and respect in general. When frequenting the store front I had to wait for the young lady to finish playing with her phone before my children and I could be served. This turned me off for going there for some time. Today though I thought about giving the place another try so I called them in hopes to find out if they were able to make the Kid themed cakes I had seen on their webpage. The guy I got on the phone was very clueless about what I was asking so I asked to speak to the manager or owner in hopes to get a better understanding of what they could make for my son. While waiting for whomever I was being handed off to I could hear them in the background joking and bantering with each other about who would be the “manager “ to take the call. When the lady answered she as well didn’t have an answer and finally went to ask the actual owner on whether or not they could make my cake. Went here during COVID 19 quarantine and ordered a make your own ice cream. Since the store was closed to go in I went through the open drive through. When I got to the window after placing my order , I waited 5 minutes to even be addressed by someone, and they had apparently forgotten what I ordered and had to ask again. After I received my ice cream, I looked at it and it was made sloppily, with the remnants of the order before mine (something blue) in my vanilla ice cream as well as appearing not to have the brownie and chocolate chips I requested inside. I asked the man at the window if it did indeed have them in there and he said yes. So I drove on home thinking maybe he just didn't mix it as well as normal due to feeling rushed as the line was now 6 cars long; only to get home and find out, there was 3 chocolate chips and no brownie whatsoever in my ice cream. Stopped here off the highway to grab a quick breakfast. We have a trailer so couldn't go through the drive thru. Walked in and there was no line and 1 person waiting for their order. First it took several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The lady apologized, and I recognized they had a large line in the drive thru being helped. Our order was simple. 4 coffees, a breakfast wrap (hashbrown on the side instead of in it) and a breakfast sandwich. It then proceeded to take over 15 min to make our food. We asked twice, and they said it was coming. Then it was they were waiting on the hashbrowns. Finally, we got our order, and the hashbrown was in the wrap. Waited almost 20 min and they couldn't even make the correct order. Any other Tim Hortons would have this done within 5 min. Completely...
