Usually I do not have a problem eating here, but today it was different. Walk in and not a single employee was standing at the register, not a huge problem, they could of been taking care of other things, plus it gave me time to think about what I wanted. Once my boyfriend and I order our food, KFC Famous Bowls, and it came out to us, it looked like soup. Like they had lined just the bottom of the bowls with the mashed potatoes, 2 giant scoops of gravy with the tiniest bits of chicken I've ever got from there. Non the less, we ate it because we were hungry. But as we were eating, you could hear all the employees talking, being very unprofessional. The shift manager was getting rowdy with what I thought to be a customer, but could possibly be an employee that had came in on their day off. Either way, that should not of happened in the front of the store. She seemed to be very irritated because you could hear her getting rowdy with employees behind the counter as well. It's set up as an open kitchen, so everyone can hear what the employees are taking about, if they actually listen. But it's hard not too because they were being so loud. I don't go here much just for this reasoning. Time to get someone in there that can make it more of a business rather than a playground of...
Read moreUsually I enjoy KFC, but my visit to this location left me sick. I bought KFC yesterday for me and my sister. She noticed her chicken was super dry and appeared to be old in her Chicken Tenders $5 fillup box. She threw her portion away. As for me not being picky and haven't eatin all day(had been busy), I ate it. Its almost 9p today, ate 5p yesterday and still feel like crap and think I may throw up. Ive been feelin sick and stomache hurting and nothin in the box was worthwhile. The food was all old clearly and I used to love KFC, now I won't consider returning. I wrote a reveiw online and they gave me a free to go cup for reveiwing. Yeah, I threw that away. I don't mean to be rude, but I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone and highly recommend, for their safty, nobody goes here. My mom has been feeling sick too. I hope you guys can learn from this and make yourselfs better, but don't expect to see me again or...
Read moreYesterday, 8/25/21, we went through the drive through around 2p.m. My mom was recently diagnosed with dementia, and although she can drive, she gets her words very mixed-up and gets confused easily. Needless to say, when she placed her order, it was very confusing. (Why didn't I order for her, you may wonder, is because I am trying to give her as much grace and dignity while i can, until she totally loses the ability to do that) When we got to the window, the young man was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and repeated her order for her several times. The fact that this young man was so patient and kind, not knowing what he was dealing with, blew my mind. It seems to be rare to get good customer service nowadays, much less the patience and wonderful attitude he had. Thank you young man, I have a feeling great things are in your future!! You are a refreshing rarity and a...
