I was hoping my first experience with ABC Warehouse would be a positive one but I was sorely mistaken as I found out the hard way. I bought a T.V. from the Findlay store and before the 1 year manufacturer warranty expired, I told someone at the store that it needed service. They referred me to the ABC Warehouse service website, where I need to fill out the form for a service request.
I did accordingly and no one contacted me. Tried again and still nothing. Finally, I did it again for the third time and still nothing. I called the 800 number for service and was put on hold for an hour before talking to someone. I explained my situation only to find out my warranty had ran out. I told them about the ABC Warehouse service website and they tried to find my request form but they found nothing. They told me that if I heard nothing from someone, I should have called instead. I asked them what was the point for the service request website then if they said I should have called instead of submitting a service request through their website.
They said that the service website was more of a "short cut" and calling was the preferred method. Had I knew this, I would have called prior to my warranty getting expired but someone from the Findlay store told me that I HAVE TO go through the service request website. Sufficient to say, they are not honoring my warranty even though I submitted a service request three times prior to my warranty expiring, and they claim they have "no proof" of me doing that and I have to call the manufacturer to see if they will do repairs under warranty but I highly doubt they will.

Read moreI went to ABC in Findlay and purchased a GE frontload washer and dryer with pedestals and and an LG black slide in gas range. The employee washed over and took the tags off of each item I chose and we went to the desk to check out. It took him well over an hour to do this task, as he kept making errors and needed assistance removing them. On the day of delivery, I received a call from the driver that they would be there in less than a half hour. We were not yet moved into our house and were 40 minutes away in a hotel. I told them thus and they threatened to leave it in the driveway. I called ABC and expressed my concern, telling the "manager" the driver was very rude. This "manager" said he knew that but it was hard to get good employees. WOW! We made it there just in time and they refused to do the hook up as they were supposed to. AND, the stove was not what I ordered. It was an LG stainless free standing stove. While they were in the truck unpacking, my distaste for all the rudeness, refusal to hook up and wrong item got to me and I went outside and told them to take it back. I called the store and said it was being returned and I expected a full refund. The "manager" started grilling me like I was a thief and a liar. He accused me of lying about the items not being taken off the truck and was going to charge me for that. When I pressed the issue, he agreed to refund ALL of it. Finally, we received the refund less $150. Im now fighting to get thst back. The "manager" asked me for the invoice number, which I never received. I told him I had a receipt on my phone but I was driving. He told me to get the number off the receipt and I said I was driving...again and he yelled that if I was going to get upset with him, he was hanging up....and he did! Read moreAlot of the items they use to carry they no longer can get or order I was told it was discontinued, when you call they never seem to answer the phone, an most of what I seen in there was poorly made, with damage spots on some an had other customers at the same time complaining about what they got broke, I got a chair years ago An they wouldn't back up the warranty an kept gaslighting I see not much has changed. We'll update I was asked to give the regional manager a call which I did, an had to wait for a call back once I got a call back it was some Manger who had I very unpleasant attitude an who tried to put words into my mouth an was very short I asked for his boss an got hung up on, I will not tolerate a Manger calling me when they have store issues an can't handle criticism, I did had another Manger call me an I explained everything to him an he said he would deal with it, in short I will not have an further business with abc, I was hesitant before with not getting anywhere with a old warranty, but now after this service an interaction, if there was negative stars I would of pick that, be very careful the seem quick to sale but not very quick to help if there an issue...
