Zeda's Pizza — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Zedas fitchburg is very hit or miss when it comes to delivery or take out. Usually miss though as more than half of my orders from takeout or delivery are wrong or the food just isnt very good and i have to call to exchange it and in my mind i instantly hope that i dont have to deal with the older lady on the phone as she is not bery friendly especially when its a complaint or that they messed up the order. My most recent experience was with the bbq chicken sub. What a complete mess that sub is. If you order it i strongly urge you to ask for light bbq because if not its going to be a soggy mess with tons of sauce all over you from unwrapping the subs. Also the fried chicken they use is very dry when its cooked for the subs soaked in bbq sauce, soggy bread and shredded lettuce. It was also weird to me that the chicken looked pinkesh/raw in color in spots but it was way overcooked on two large bbq chicken subs. When i called back the lady seemed to act like we were trying to scam her and asked us to bring the food back after i told her it was over cooked and we werent eating it. After a series of questions and the scamming feel she agreed we could get new subs if we brought food back. Ok no problem ill bring it back because i have it and its gross. We asked for light sauce and i asked for grilled chicken instead and it was a little dry but ok, and my wife thought her second bbq chicken sub was good, but 25 and 1.5-2 hr later it should of been great. I cant speak for the other zedas but the owner should spend motr time there or something because the quality of food isnt very good. I cant speak for dining in where they would have to face giving you the food they give u in takeout or delivery. I would not recommend this place and i will no longer order from there until the old lady learns customer service over the phone or face to face since she is the one dealing with customers, and until the cook stops slapping garbage together and drowning it in condiments to try to cover the...

We decided to give this place a second chance and unfortunately it did not live up to its standards Again. We ordered 3 small pizzas a side of Potato skins and a large meatball sub we did this online 1st of all the credit card payment would not go through so we called them she verified the order that we had online Our food arrives about hour and 15 minutes later and we Are a business and the driver came in and very impatiently waited as we were dealing with our customers finally he took the money didn't give us a receipt and left as we're going through our order we see we are missing a large meatball sandwich I called your establishment and i was rudly snapped at and told that there was no meatball sandwich on the order after she verified it already And said there was nothing they could do about it they could order me a new one and I could pay for it again I decided I wasn't gonna give them a 3rd time the screw it up I will not be eating there again nor would be ordering from there again unfortunately it's just not good customer service definitely an F- as for the food well the sub was mine and I couldn't tell you how it was because I never got it. But the potato skins were very dry and not tasty at all and the pizza was eatable at best. I would advise that you not go here and like me go to another restaurant. so just the other day i discovered this great place where i once used to buy my bikes, and found that they now serve food, not under the same owners of course. it was very different from before, still just as big but more personable. i like that they had some nice high top booths as well as a bar and tables.i glanced through the menu and was instantly enticed by the sounds of their quesadilla, and the reasonable pricing! so i ordered a whole steak tip quesadilla with the works and a sam's while i waited. there were a few other patrons dining in, and a few coming in and out for pick up orders. there was a good volume music playing, as well as sports center on the giant tv in the main part of the dining room. it was very nice to sit and relax and not have to worry about having to listen to other peoples conversations because the seating is not right on top of each other. my food was made extremely prompt, and the owner even brought it steaming hot out to me made sure i had everything that i needed to dine. he chatted about my experience so far, how i liked it for my first time, and also things i may not have been too keen on. i suggested different music, but thats me being picky! the quesadilla was phenomenal though. i took just under half of it home it was so filling. it was even good cold that night! i am very pleased with my experience dining here, this will definitely be my new lunch spot!...
