Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Flagstaff

I came in with my family at the Flagstaff, AZ location around 3 pm today. There were no issues with the check-in, hostess or our seats. While we did have to wait for our waiter to arrive to place our order (he said he would be right back but it took like 15 mins), he took our order. We ordered chips and salsa, queso and three soups. We requested that my sister's arrive earlier as she needed to leave earlier than the rest of us. It took about 15 minutes for our drinks, appetizers and soups arrive. (30 mins atiat thiswthis point) waiter put our food down, there was queso that had spilled over the black sauce pan and on the wooden platter which I cleaned up. The waiter did see this as I had asked him to bring more napkins to clean the mess up. He didn't acknowledge the sloppiness or the spill or even apologize. Once he left, I reached to grab a chip and ate some chips. That's when my sister noticed that there was a black hair in our chips and we stopped eating. I told my family to leave and I asked to speak the MOD. He came out and I explained my situation as it was disgusting and unacceptable. The MOD came out and spoke with me. He apologized and stated that sometimes this does happen but the whole point leading up to that was unacceptable. He did provide our party of five with a $25 gift card after he asked me if there was anything he could do. I told him he should strongly monitor what was going on in the back with his employees. First off I had put in a moble order for to go/ pick up for me and my husband, it said it would be ready at 6:11 pm okay that's fine I go to pick it up I had to wait 30 more mins, I don't mind I'm a patient person waiting is never a issue for me what is a issue for me tho is if I'm waiting that long I expect my food to be fresh and hot. They said the reason it was taking so long is because they had to "put in a fresh batch of the chicken crispers" well evidently that was a lie because when I get home they where stale and cold I live only 5 mins up the road from yall and it was cold and stale for both mine and my husbands. The Mac and cheese that comes with it I only got a spoon full of or half a spoon and I can send yall a picture if it because I didn't eat any of it simply because it looked like someone cut their finger, like there was some blood in my Mac and cheese the fries where also cold and we (me and husband) barely got any of that too. I also ordered 2 extra corn on the cobs with all that extra Seasonings on it all we got was salt and pepper very dry... I never ever leave reviews and I love chilies but this was horrible!! I frequently eat at Chilis in other towns, since it's a great deal and typically has decent service at other locations, but I've never encountered such a dysfunctional Chilis as this. Not even compared to other restaurants, just Chilis. Food tasted fine, same as other Chilis. The waiters must've been severely shortstaffed (I tried rationalizing it), because we were totally neglected for an hour till we managed to get the bartender to help. Food took almost as long to come, including dessert. This was also after the 1 hour waitlist, so we spent more than 3-4 hours there consisting of waiting for food and refills and just trying to get any employee's attention, despite being polite and not rubbing them the wrong way. I looked around and realized I was surrounded by college kids all loudly chit chatting and acting goofy (gotta party somewhere during the rona apparently), so I imagine they really don't care about getting waited on, since they must like hanging out there for hours and acting ostentatious without being given the bill till late.
