Lucy's Burgers — Restaurant in Flagstaff

The worst food value I’ve experienced in a long time. Including tip (since that’s a thing at fast casual places now because restaurants don’t want to pay their workers what they’re worth), I paid $21.75 for a small burger, a “large” portion of tator tots (approx 12–15 tots) and a large soda.

The burger patty had decent flavor but was entirely too small for the bun. The best part of the burger was the Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. All though very small in quantity, the tots were perfectly crispy and went great with the tasty Lucy sauce — easily the highlight of the meal.

The worst/most irritating part of my experience was when I asked for a refill of soda and was told I would need to pay for it.

The guys working there were really nice and friendly. They didn't mind that I had to customize our burgers for allergies. It was a Sunday and busy so it was a little awkward ordering with someone sitting inches away at the counter eating. The burger patties are amazing, just a little on the smaller side. I was glad I got a double patty because I didn't have a bun. My brother with no allergies said the bun was delicious. The only issue I had was with the french fries. It wasn't a very big portion and they were soggy with grease. They were so greasy that my 2 year old grand daughter who eats everything wouldn't eat them. I have a photo but I can't add it. The food was good, no issues there at all. They were very busy today, the cashier girl was trying to appease everyone in a stressful situation but I witnessed a manager or owner figure come up and start to bicker with her over something and he then waved her back with a dirty look on his face to get to the back area. Not sure what was happening but I felt bad for the girl as she looked pretty young and had done a good job in the chaos of lunch. I’m not sure what happened once they went to the back but the girl came back to the front and looked like she had been crying I felt uncomfortable after seeing that and felt it was very unprofessional.
