Sorry if there was a minus star I would have given that period while a rolled up to the 1st window the girl took my order and I sat there at her window for at least 5 to 7 minutes and she goes yep the lights not moving so I'm gonna go get me something to eat and drink now I'm not kidding no she literally told me that .I was asked to pull up in the Drive-through parking and waited 10 minutes in the parking area because they said they were waiting for my quarter pounder with cheese. When they did bring it out to with my daughter's chicken nugget happy meal they left the fries outAlso the poor teenager Had no direction on what meals went to what cars so he was literally running around with my meal to every card asking if this was theirs I'm just glad there's some on his people common so I had to walk back in and if the guy that was inside was very sweet and gave me a medium instead of the little tiny thing that comes with the happy meal but still the reason for the drive there is the convenience not only did we wait 10 minutes me and 4 other people out there in the overflow drive-through parking but we literally or in the drive-through for at least 7 plus minutes. My food was stone cold with the exception of the fries that they gave me because I walked in and God them and they paid almost $16 for 2 meals are you serious man make dawn was your share ripping people off I was certainly...
Read moreThe service was fine. Great, even, and fast, but I would have been happy to wait longer for hot chicken nuggets and complete cheeseburgers. We got a couple of the $5 meals. We stop and get those (at this McDonald's), when we're traveling between Utah and Arizona. The last time we came through, it was five star and I gave a top notch review. This time, not so much.
The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. They had been sitting for a very long time. The little package of honey mustard was OPEN. Gross. And of course, they only gave me one, so really I didn't get any sauce. I had to throw the nuggets away.
The french fries were hot when they handed me the bag, and for once they were salted, but I could only eat four or five of them before the residual heat from the lamp left them cold and inedible as well.
The cheeseburgers were just okay. They each had a tiny squirt of ketchup and two small pickle chips. That's it for toppings. They did have cheese and they tasted like McDonald's food, which is what I expected.
It was a dismal visit to the Flagstaff McDonald's that Monday. I've always thought of that $5 deal as a pretty good value, but what we got wasn't worth a quarter of what we paid.
I do have good history with this location or I would have left only one star. I know they can do better because I've seen it. I just wish I'd seen...
Read moreI've always had a decent experience here through the drive thru. For the most part, the food quality has significantly decreased. But, every once in a while, I need something to hold me until dinner or the next time I am able to eat due to my busy schedule. My biggest complaint, however, is the app. I redeemed a 15% off coupon literally seconds before driving up to the window. I gave my code to the person at the window. The app then notifies me that it was successfully redeemed, only for the person to tell me it was already redeemed. I showed the person that I just redeemed it. He just looked at me like I was dumb, apologized, and repeated the total to me. With the rising costs of everything including fast food, 15% may not seem like much, but it was something to help me save a few pennies for something else. That's what they are for. The person didn't honor anything after I clearly showed them my app. I didn't want to hold the next person because of tech issues or whatever the case could have been. My thing is "customer service". I sat and explained the issue and nothing was resolved. What is the point of broadcasting the app when you won't even honor it when there are issues? The person did not care, and that is...
