Late last night I decided I was finally going to satisfy my craving, and get a Burger. So, I stopped by Wendy's and saw they had a new Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger. I was thinking that this would become my new favorite, as they discontinued my previous favorite, (the Bourbon Burger). And for the fact that Nachos and Burgers are two of my favorite foods.
Sadly, for the second time in a row, I was highly dissatisfied. For once again, they gave me a Burger that was made without a care in the world.
Last time I was in there, I ordered a Dave's Triple, and it was the same scenario.
Not only was I craving a Burger, I wanted to give this location a second chance. Big Fail!
As someone who doesn't have the option to eat that much (because of bills), eating out is a special treat for me, (well it should be at least). Usually my meals consist of Top Ramen and Rice (not mixed).
Saying all this, I am someone who doesn't normally eat a lot of fast food. However, Wendy's is my favorite. As for this location though, it is one that I can honestly say that I will never return to.
I don't have high standards for food, and am not picky at all. But when it comes down to getting food that looks like it was taken out of the trash, it is a different story.
So much for serving quality food, as said in the statement.
P. S. I wrote a longer review due to the fact that this is a new burger. BTW, went through Drive-thru, and ordered the Triple. Merchant was not busy, which is no surprise saying the food quality is horrendous.
Too add there was no crispy corn, and very few strips (not shown). There was also none of the sauce that is supposed to be on it. There is a sliced tomato, but it is hiding behind the lettuce.

Read moreIt took 35 minutes to receive our order of a small chili and a burger and fries and the restaurant was not super busy - but too busy for just 1 cashier. I blame all issues on poor management and lack of training as the manager walked out for the night as we walked in. The person taking our order was trying her best and would take several orders and then fill each one herself before taking several more orders. She handled cash and did not put gloves on prior to handling food and drinks. She kept apologizing for our wait to place our order which shows a desire to do much better but the circumstances prohibited her from doing so. I ordered chili and found no spoons so my husband went back to the counter and asked for a spoon. The young cashier stated they were out of spoons so I should use a fork AND a straw to eat the chili! She should have been told to tell people there were no spoons and given me the option of ordering something different. I had already observed her telling others that they were out of menu items and asked for substitutes. The manager does the training and the ordering and never leaves her staff overwhelmed and understaffed. Yes, fast food is a demanding business, but a good manager would have stayed to help until the customers were manageable by 1 person and a good manager would train staff to advise they were out of spoons before finalizing the order - and then go to another store and get spoons for her location to tied them over until the next delivery truck arrived. Most of all, ALL staff members would be trained to ALWAYS put on gloves prior to...
Read moreI had the worst experience with the manager Kristin she was just itching for a fight. I usually go here before an appointment I have every month it used to be my favorite spot. I ordered biscuits and gravy with their breakfast potatoes because they are delicious. 2 months ago I went here and there was a hair in my biscuits and gravy so at the speaker I simply asked if they could make sure there wasn't a hair in my food and the young gentleman said sure. Not a big deal but when I got to the window the manager pushed aside the boy to "handle" me. I asked her politely if she was the manager and she said yes and just mentioned that I had a hair in my food and if she could just double check that there wasn't a hair this time. She proceeded to ask me how big the hair was? (Weird request I thought) So I showed her and she goes well I just got my hair cut a couple of days ago and I said ok this happened a month ago. She got really defensive and asked me why I didn't call her a month ago? It escalated to the point of where she refused me service gave me my money back. As I drove off she held the bag up and dropped it on the floor. I responded in a manner that is not my nature but I just wanted to eat my biscuits and gravy. I've contacted corporate and still haven't received a response. This could have all been avoided if Kristin would have just stayed in her corner. She is unprofessional and should NOT deal with...
