Arby's — Restaurant in Flat Rock

this is a pretty good arbies but there is one fatal flaw that i shall get to later. first off this arbies has good food good service good people good laughs good times good vibes and good feels and they have really good buffalo chicken sandwich (thats a big one). the wait time is pretty long and it is expensive compare to other but that is expected of arbies since it is gourmet fast food (the gourmet of fast food if you will). Mr. Arby is going to be proud. They have good fountain drink but sometimes it isn't too good so it is not consistent drink. The staff have been above average not the best but not the worst but in a fast food all u need a lil bit to make the jump. THE ONE REALLY BAD THING IS BAD HOWEVER. Sometimes they run out of their Arbie Sauce and the arbie sauce is required for a proper arby's experience. Watch out for when they have no armie sauce or there will be a bit of an awful experience. Better than the kfc or taco bell close by, much better they are terrible places this is the best u can get if you are going to a fast food or you could go get some ramen from the market if you'd like but this is a good alternative and is a good bite to eat a bit to talk about and a...

If I could give negative stars I would. They handed our order to car in front of us I watched the car go through the bags, hand the bags back and say this isn't our food. They pay get their food and drive off. The same wrinkled up bag the car in front of me gave back they gave me I asked about it was told no that didn't happen. Told the girl I watched she walked away. I checked the bags at the window another girl walks up and I'm like I'm checking my food as you handed our order to a different car before us. Oh no that didn't happen. Yes young lady it did I watched it all. Watched him wrinkle the bags and hand them back. She looked and said I watched her bag the food and wrinkle the bag rolling it. Um no she didn't close the bag because she handed them to me open. Went into the drive thru after 5pm. The guys says their closed. I said closed? I guess 1 person walked off the job & quit. I wonder why? But you would think he would try to get someone else in to cover that person asap. And the last time I went to Arbys before. It was earlier this year and I passed it & had to turn around twice because it was pitch dark out & I drove right past it! And when I finally got there the lights were on it was a few after 7 pm. You could see people inside standing around talking it. They took their time to answer in the drive-thru. And to get my food. There was like 49 minutes till close.
