Our family was in town to help us put flooring down after my 80 year old mothers house was destroyed by sewer coming up in the kitchen. We were all exhausted and made an order online that total of $76. When ordering online, I said, I would pick it up at the drive-through. When I got there, there was one truck in front of me and when I pulled up to the speaker, Caleb the worker inside, said one moment, I’ll be right with you and I immediately told him I was just there to pick an online order. He said I am running solo today, so I’m still working on it but you can pull up. I pulled up and win the truck in front of me pulled away. I could see Caleb working very steadily on my order through the window. As I sat there for about 3 to 5 minutes the Lasix I’m taking for a medical issue kicked in and I had to use the bathroom . It was one of those urgent situations where if you don’t make it you’re gonna have an accident. I quickly pulled out of the drive-through in around to the front of the building just to see a sign on the door saying that it was drive-through only and that the lobby was closed. I called the store and watched and watched K love Caleb answer the phone Caleb answer the phone. He immediately let me in the store so that I could use the bathroom. When I was done, I offered to go back out and wait in line again, but he said no I could stay inside. As I watched him with his music on, and the groove of his job, and the only person in the building. I asked him if he was getting paid more for being the only guy in the building? He said no but it was OK it’s just the way it is he said a lot of the crew head went back to college and they’re trying to hire people who are not showing up. Caleb made that store money. If it wasn’t for him, they would’ve been closed. Five stars to this guy! JIMMY JOHN’S TAKE NOTICE!!! You have a diamond in the rough here! Caleb is the kind of guy you want to keep! Read moreI don’t frequently write reviews but my experience today was extraordinaryly terrible. I ordered food at 12:22, called at around 1 to ask what was going on because the app said it was delivered. The store swore up and down my order was next. Called again at 1:35 to check on it Again, and they swore it was out for delivery. Now it’s after 2, I’m shaking because I haven’t eaten (and can’t take meds because of this), and I call again to ask for a refund. Through this whole process no one is apologetic, no one is offering solutions. I try to call corporate and get told to leave a voice mail. Everything about this was frustrating and extremely disappointing. So much for “freaky fast.” I’ve ordered from here before and never run into this amount of trouble (an order mistake here and there but nothing this wild), and I doubt I’ll order from them again after this. The final nail in the coffin, is that I also have to wait a few days to get my money back (I know, I know, that’s how card purchases work), but now I can’t order food from anywhere else because I don’t have those funds. So now I’m shaking, incredibly hungry, feeling awful because of meds + no food, and disappointed, and can’t even do anything about it. If I could give zero or negative...
Read moreI was given an Uber Driver for my delivery person (I didn't order thru Uber, but they said they partner with them sometimes when they're low on drivers or it's rly busy) and the driver cancelled my order at the last second for no real reason (all I can think is they didn't want to come inside the mall to my store like I asked)
So I called the store and everybody was so sweet and apologetic, and the GM on duty (i wish I had caught her name so I could mention it here) talked to me personally and brought my food for me herself and gave me a cookie to apologize for everything!! She was so sweet for doing all this for me, she really went above and beyond when the Uber driver let me down ♡
Uber sucks but this Jimmy John's and their people are amazing, will absolutely order again...
