Maybe it’s the new menu, maybe it’s been too long, either way @Leo's Coney Island Miller Rd served me one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Check out the brand new Leo’s menu and revamp your classic Leo’s order! #michigan #pancakes #oreos #ranchlife

Since the girl at the counter wanted to argue about what I ordered. Fix the website or educate your employees on the coney options. I ordered 2 "regular" coneys. For anyone who has left Flint, ever knows, that means a Detroit style. The options are regular or Flint, so regular it is because I don't want a Flint coney. What did I receive? Flint coneys. Took them back and was told regular means Flint. So, my options are Flint or Flint if I order online? Okayyyyy. Also, notified her of a needle at your front door. If you get a special, make sure you check your receipt. They like to overcharge you, too.

We came for Sunday breakfast. Parking lot was full. The restaurant was obeying the social distancing rules (every other table closed) so the available seating was pretty full, yet we did not have to wait to find a seat. Victoria provided outstanding service. Coffee cup and water glass were never empty. Food was brought to the table in short time. No wait for the bill. You wouldn’t suspect that they were short staffed if you didn’t observe how much all of the staff was hustling. Food was great. Prices were very reasonable. Glad we picked Leo’s.

We have been going here for years and usually is a good experience. Today we sat in the corner booth for 10 minutes before I had to ask someone to please get me a waitress. Waitress shows up and says “I’ll be your waitress, I just got here so….” So what? No sorry about the wait nothing. She then told us she would get our drinks before taking our order but my husband said “I think we are ready to order” and she did take our order but had a bit of a attitude about us wanting to order “right away.” Our patience was very thin at this point bc of the way we were treated. In walks another customer. Within a minute of being seated the waitress is at the table. Then he is served his breakfast before we are served ours (we had the same thing steak and eggs). Also, remind you, we had placed our order before he even sat down. My husband did not want to get upset so asked the man (excuse me, not trying to be rude but did you order ahead? The man said no). The vibe was that we were being rude. No sir! No ma’am! We were the ones treated like our business was not appreciated and not one apology for anything! Food came out and we finally could eat. Once we were done we sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. No bill came. Finally we just went to pay at the counter. Also, she forgot parts of our order which we didn’t mention bc we really was trying to just eat and go at this point. Very disappointing. I’m not asking to be treated better than anyone, but I do not expect to be treated with some sort of courtesy when I’m a paying customer. Also I spent 10 years in the service industry as a waitress, I understand being “slammed” short staffed and all that. I’m pretty understanding in that aspect so I’m writing this bc it’s really was an extra bad and irritating experience. Here’s an extra tip for the waitress (I did leave her 15% bc I’m not the a$$hole here): Apologize for the wait regardless of if you “just got there”, your short staffing or oversight is not the...

⚠️ Please Read..I could have Died! Sent on 05/06/2024 to Corporate at approximately 8:10 p.m. With no response (Review edited 5/14/24 1:13pm) This is directly from main corporate site, personal information removed 🤬Never received a call or email. Corporate did not or does not care. Obviously The LEO location doesn't. However I will say my husband enjoyed his food.

Please fill out the form and we will contact you as soon as possible. Denotes required fields.

Choose a Location: Flint - 4151 Miller Road How can we help you?

My husband and I ate at the Miller Rd -Flint location earlier today for lunch. I ordered a gyro with no tomatoes. When the waitress brought our food, my gyro had tomatoes on it. Because I am extremely allergic to tomatoes, I said I couldn't eat it. The waitress said she would take it back and have the kitchen make a new one. The waitress came back less than a minute later with what was supposed to be a new gyro. Because I had eaten most of my French fries and wasn't hungry anymore, I took the gyro to go. When I unwrapped it to eat it for dinner, I found small pieces of tomato inside. It was obvious that the kitchen staff had simply tried to scrape off the tomato so they didn't have to make a new one. If I had eaten the gyro without checking, I could have died from anaphylactic shock. I find it totally unethical, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable that the kitchen staff would have just scraped off a potentially deadly allergen and passed it off as a newly made gyro! My husband and I have only recently begun eating at Leo's based on recommendations from friends and up until now we enjoyed the meals we have had. After this incident, I am not sure that we can continue to patronize your restaurants or recommend them to anyone. I am simply shocked and very disappointed. I just thought you should know about this incident. Thank you...

*Edited, my boyfriend called first thing this morning to get my money back for THE DINNER I DIDN'T GET and they want to give us food. NO, that ship sailed with dinner, I want the money for the food they didn't give us. I will be contacting the BBB and advise anyone to not support the thieves at this place. The food is bad and they rip you off and aren't nice. Not refunding money that's owed for services not rendered is shoddy and scam my. Ordered take out and when it was picked up, it was asked repeatedly if this was everything. He was assured it was. We live in Flushing, when the bag was cut into and food was opened, my main meal was missing. A whole chicken gyro, missing. There is no other way to make an immediate complaint than to call and they are closed with no machine to at least leave the message. It has to go the whole night and I paid $15 for a side of corned beef hash thrown into a half Styrofoam. Why was my side not included with the gyro like the other 2. I paid $60 almost after everything and was missing food and unable to get a fix or my food. I will not try this place again, they've screwed up too many times at this point. Overpriced mediocre food.

Now they've replied saying they'll work on doing better, but they still scammed me out of both a $15 meal and the refund. That's okay, bad owners, the BBB is going to help me. Hope keeping money from hardworking people is worth it. Doing better is actually GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU KEPT WITHOUT A SERVICE. Haven't seen that offered or a call. Even the owners are on some bs. Don't support this place. There are so many other places that actually deserve your money or that will REFUND the money when THEY DIDN'T FULFILL an order. Scam policies and...
