Slow service, disgusting food. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two entrees. The teriyaki chicken which I have ordered many times with no problems. Got home to eat took the first bite huge price of gristle, second bite ok, 3rd bite, 4 bite all gristle soti all out. I took several bites expecting that the first one was just a fluke, anyplace you will get a piece or two. But not every bite. I then looked through several more pieces had big pieces of gristle sticking out. So u decided I was not going to eat it. So I took it back, asked for a refund only for that item. The girls at the register had no issue with it but needed the manager. The manager came over and said yih ate half of it so she would give money back, I shooed her the pieces that I tried to eat but had the flgeistile and explained that I took more bites thinking it was not all bad, she continued to refuse. When I started getting upset she told me to leave or she was calling the police. I continued to ask for the area manager name and she refused to give it only gave me an 800 number to call. A simple refund of the in edible food, which was not half eaten, only 1/4 but that was only chewed and spit out because of the gristle, and an apology I would have left happy and would have returned, now I will never return. There needs to be better training of managers on handling customer complaints. A huge part of my job is customer service. I give free things to customers all the time, to keep them happy and coming back. When I worked in restaurants years ago, I would have given a refund and a free coupon to get make sure the customer gave us a second chance and left at least satisfied with the outcome. What is wrong with workers today. They have zero clue how to grow their Business.

I almost never go out of my way to write reviews, even in instances where I’m dissatisfied but this was probably my more disturbing experiences with fast food/ take out. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 3 years and loved the “vegetarian” options at panda, chow mein upon checking is cleared as vegan. After eating half of the large side order I food a piece of steak… I was horrified, upon further inspection also food a piece of chicken in the noodles, there must be SO much cross contamination atleast at this Fint location specifically in order to find to didn’t animals in one large side.

Bought lunch for several people. Half the food taste burned, the other half was luke warm and seemed like it had been there for hours. The black pepper Angus steak is nowhere near what the steak and mushroom platter was. The pieces of meat are tiny, chewy and dry. Not to mention the fact that they fill it with broccoli. I've always enjoyed panda express, but either this branch or the chain has gone done hill. For $140 I would have expected the manager to keep on top of the order at least. The picture is a chunk of whatever that was in the chow mein.

You don't seem to get much for your money, although offers in their app can help. Hit or miss on freshness, they package what is ready and make it sit there while something not ready is prepared but that means it is cooling off or getting soggy while waiting, if you pay extra for shrimp you should be aware you only get about 7 which as a stand alone entree is 7 dollars and the shrimp are not worth a dollar each, the apple egg roll dessert was luke warm and the wrapping chewy and slightly greasy, the chow mein lacked flavor and was oily with onion and celery as the only other contents, Beijing Beef was mostly crispy coating and any meat was either fried like a pork rind or so thin it was difficult to view when bitten in half, the chicken for sesame chicken is thin and heavily breaded as well, white rice was clumpy with no flavor and needed sauce to make up for the dryness, spring rolls were nothing special but at least crispy, and don't forget to ask for sauces, utensils and/or chopsticks, and napkins. Although they have a rewards program, the points required for free items seem like a lot compared to other restaurant programs. I have tried this location a few times at different times of day, and I don't think these are one off experiences. One issue I have is their app lacks details on ingredients and a description of the dish. It's so so and therefore trying local restaurants for better quality, freshness, hot food, serving practices, and avoiding lines may be a better alternative. If it is a cafeteria style chinese you seek, look for food courts or local buffets. It's not horrible, it's not good, it's small portions, friendly staff, and...

So normally durning the day you guys do a wonderful job regardless of how busy you are im normally a very happy satisfied customer but im really disappointed with how it can be 840pm and you close at 930pm on a sat and you have nothing available and limit your menu choices and turn stuff off on the online ording app, anytime it's close to closing time you guys always do this and you can expect either old food or very limited menu options and you take a bunch of food off your mobile app to devere anyone from ording, I mean orange chicken your most popular seller was takin off the app over a hour before your closing time and then when I arrived ofcousre you had it but where very limited on all your other menu options and thus was 50 mins before closing, why avertise that your open ubtill 930pm yet at 840pm you are out of everything simply because you guys are all in there cleaning and putting all the food away so you can get outta work at 930pm, why not advertise your open untill 830pm and give yourself a hour to clean and stop making food and leave at 930pm, I've worked fast food and its normally a hour or 2 hours that after you close you have time to clean and put away food not before you close the store you start doing that and telling your customers 50 mins before you close you are out of everything hoping they will just order nothing or go somewhere else, then take everything off your app so no one will order hoping they don't come to your drive threw, if you close at 930pm your employees should be scheduled untill 11pm for clean up and closing if not just close earlier and don't...
