This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I go here almost everyday, sadly I can't give a better star rating because the store is often closed for no apparent reason up to an hour before regular closing time( I have gotten 3 gift cards from corporate office in the last 6 months alone from this happening to me) I will drive out there to get my caffeine fix and get there an hour before closing , lights are on staff are visible inside go to the drive-thru no response. After 5-6 minutes my husband gets on the phone calling corporate making sure theres no strange reason they should be closed an hour early but just forgot to post signs....."I'm sorry sir I'm trying to contact the store but I am not getting an answer" funny because we are in the drive thru and can see the crew inside.....this happes way to often not sure why they tend to close early but like I said its frustrating. I'm not a person who walks into a place 5 minutes before closing and expects to be served...all three times have been minimum if 45 minutes before regular scheduled closing. They routinely dont have the proper sized cups, and I only keep coming back because its the only Starbucks...

I order Starbucks approximately 11-12 times a week so it's safe to say I am a fan. And this location not 70% not even 80% but 99.9% of the time gets the drinks wrong. Though they always make it right eventually this is highly annoying. A Venti iced latte handed to you hot. Or a Venti hot latte comes at me grande every single time. My husband and I have started counting in disbelief that this keeps happening 7 visits in a row as of today every one of them wrong. The staff is friendly but the attention to detail is way off and coming from someone that has starbucks built into their monthly budget if any other bill I paid for monthly (sprint, comcast) gave such service Id cut them. The quality of the product is this locations only...
Read moreI’ve been here twice, first time was great the second time sucked. The cashier was mean and didn’t let me finish my sentences when ordering. I never get Starbucks but today I was excited to try something new. The cashier asked me for what size I wanted and I said “large”( I don’t know how the sizing works at this establishment) she said do you want a tall grande or venti while shaking her head and giving me a dirty look. We sat down and waited for our order and half of the staff started passive aggressively arguing (mostly the cashier) in front of customers. The drink was good but 2 sips and it was gone because they put a ton of ice. it wasn’t what I wanted. I NEVER complain about customer service or fast food workers because I understand what it’s like. But This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I honestly wanted to cry because I don’t do well with socializing. I hope I never get this cashier again...
