Wingstop — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

Order 10 bone-in wings and a chicken sandwich. The wings had absolutely no crisp to them I mean as if they had been microwaved and covered in sauce. The chicken sandwich was raw. They also just put an open tray of fries inside of a to-go bag which I don't understand why there not inside a box I got home and they were everywhere inside the bag. I took the order back up there in the manager was right on it and took care of the situation and not only gave me a refund but remade the food and told me to request well done next time. Even with the wings well done they are just not crispy no crunch at all to them and flavorless.. I'm really disappointed because I've never tried Wingstop but I don't understand what all the hype is. Only reason I gave two stars is because the manager definitely did his job but the food just isn't hittin. I just happened to read the reviews from the Grand Blanc location that was recently opened and the reviews are horrible so that should have been an indicator of what this location...
