2 stars for credit for the staff has been kind when I talk with them. But I’ve ordered twice from here now, and first time they were little over an hour delivery and they got me the wrong pizza… they comped my pizza for next time. Awesome, well tonight is next time, and I ordered another pizza for delivery and it’s been literally 2 hours waiting. I’ve called 3x starting at a little over an hour trying to give benefit. Then told they would be pulling up soon on the 2nd call? 20 more minutes go by… 3rd call they say they just got off the phone with driver and will be there in a moment…. 20 more minutes go by….. I get it’s a Saturday night and you only have one driver, but that could have been expressed when I called to order at 7pm and I could decide to wait or do something else. Not wait around and would be some cold pizza by then. They refunded my money and it’s appreciated no hassle for it, so 3 stars. They didn’t have the soda I wanted so they refunded the price of the soda without letting me know I wouldn’t get any beverage. I called three times to check on the delivery, the first time they told me that it was already out for delivery ( an hour after ordering) twenty minutes later I called and was told one of my beverages wouldn’t be delivered and the driver was leaving right then. A half an hour later the driver pulled in the drive as I was checking to see where the driver might be. I live a five minute drive from the store. It’s my second order in as many weeks but it will be my last for a while. The poor service and cold food an hour late was the last straw. I received a call from the manager after posting this review. Read moreI had the worst experience with ordering, delivery and the presentation of my food; the manager himself contacted me once he became aware of the incident and set about making things right. Today is my birthday and the compensation for my food that was not up to par he himself prepared and delivered it; which is going way and beyond to satisfy a customer. Eventhough, he wasn't the one who was in error, he took responsibility for his location and for his employees. I give many many kudos to Brandon for this. The food that was received was delicious, it was nice and hot and it was pleasant to the eye. It was everything that you wish for when you place an order and receive it.
