Food was good . Service was a 1/10 if I could give them a negative rating I would. I got double charged on 10/31/25. I spoke to the man up front name Eric. He told me it would reverse the next morning. Then proceed to say “well it’s just $7” I told him I didn’t care I work for my money and shouldn’t be double charged when I only brought one item. He told me to come back the next morning and show him and if it didn’t reverse he would give me cash. I came the next day around 1pm. I told him I didn’t get a refund. He told me to wait until Monday. I told him not waiting until Monday because I don’t stay in Florence . I asked him for cash he acted like he couldn’t give me cash . I told him it’s just $7 just like he told me . He said that doesn’t count because his mangers will be mad about the register being $7 short. He called the cook from the back the cook started getting smart with me and told me to wait I told them no. They eventually gave me the $7 in cash the asked for my name and number. I had my work shirt on he said if it reverses to my card by Monday he will come to my job and get the $7 from me. Monday came they called my phone 3-4 times from the store phone and a personal phone number. I told them it didn’t give me a refund . They thought I was lying . He asked which grocery store I worked at because he’s coming to my job I told him that’s not happening I will come to him. I came to him and showed him I didn’t get a apology or anything. Finally a "Korean restaurant" in Florence. Not everything is Korean, but I really enjoyed the food. I'm half Korean, so I was excited to get bulgolgi and Mandu (Korean BBQ beef and deep fried dumplings). The Mandu are probably the second best I have ever had, after my mom's. The owner is very friendly and I talked to him for about 10 minutes. Prices are very good. I suggest the bulgolgi which is item #1, I think. The dumplings and chicken wing combo with fries 🍟 (not Korean. 😂) is terrific. Their chicken wings with the traditional sauce, a sweet and spicy Korean flavor, is similar to Buffalo Wild Wings sweet and spicy sauce, but with more garlic 🧄, which I love. First time patron. I got wings, catfish, dumplings and fried rice. The fried rice was very good, though I definitely recommend adding some soy sauce and possibly some heat. The wings were small, and not very meaty, but the flavors were on point. Perfectly balanced flavor in the sauce. The fish was a little disappointing. And the dumplings were really good too. I don't know if they make them in house or not but they were stuffed just right and cooked perfectly. The inside is clean and spacious, but the outside landscape is not very inviting.
