Five Guys — Restaurant in Florence

My burger was very tasty, juicy. My husband's was overcooked, dry. I wish he would have complained and asked them to make it again. Knocked off a service star because they don't give a newbie enough helpful information. They asked if I wanted another patty, I didn't realize how small the patties were or how inexpensive it was to add it. I would recommend getting the extra patty. They didn't let us know about the free peanuts. I asked about the peanuts setting there or we wouldn't have known. The french fries are really good! They have the skins on them, yum? They are a rather expensive place to eat. $25.72 for 2 single patty burgers, 1 small fry (they are a very generous serving), 1 reg. Soda. The atmosphere, loud music, echoy, noisy and we were most of the time the only customers there. They need something to reduce echo to help atmosphere. Good...

It was kind of a let down experience. I have higher expectations since I've visited so many in the past throughout multiple states from Florida up to Ohio even. This one just doesn't meet the same standards at by a majority of the others. Service was lackluster, does were like about middle ground for all day food does and I've come to expect five guys fries to be ranked in my top 2 spots... this one barely reached to 10 by groups of restaurants... as an individual location it wouldn't have made my top 50. It was almost as busy as I would expect of the franchise at the time of day...

The burgers were amazing as always! To bad service was iffy and 15 kids and 5 women came in just as we sat down. They pushed tables together, took off their masks, and didn't follow any distance guidelines. They also didn't follow rules for refills (You were supposed to get a fresh cup each time. I watched at least 6 of the kids just head on up with the dirty cup and no mask.) The employees said nothing even though they were clearly...
