This was a cute shop. The woman who I believe was the owner was very helpful. I got a large protein shake for eight dollars so that’s very affordable In my opinion . I am familiar with the herbal life shakes and I do enjoy them. They have a wide variety of flavors, and it’s more than just shakes. They have energy drinks. Açaí bowls teas and even some food like protein waffles. I would recommend this place after the gym or before. While I was inside, I got to chatting with some regulars who highly recommend this place, so I will definitely be coming again. I decided to get the peanut butter pie which is just peanut butter and vanilla so it was a little plain though it did taste good but I’ll definitely have to explore more...

As much as I love the people here and the products are delicious, knowing about Herbalife and it’s pyramid scheme really keeps me from supporting this place again. I’ve heard of pretty bad and possible negative side affects from the protein mixes as well. There’s a whole movie about this company scamming people called Betting on Zero.
