Booked this room through priceline for one night as we were passing through. Arrived at almost midnight and was greeted by Tammy who started to check me in. She asked for my ID which I gave her. After a couple minutes of her typing on the computer she says she'll be right back. Literally ten minutes later she comes back and the phone rings so she answers it. I thought there was an issue with the computer. She started talking to someone about paying something when she gets paid then after a minute or two tells the person she would call them back as she had a customer in front of her. Finally get the key to the room and get inside. It smells HORRIBLE, like someone was cooking with old grease, mixed with paint and musty smells. It was after midnight and I had 2 little kids who were tired, so I dealt with it and attempted to get sleep. The beds sit really high up off the bed so getting in and out of bed was tricky. Decent breakfast. Went to leave and while walking down the hall son says he saw something that looked like a cockroach. We walked back so he could show me and sure enough it was a cockroach...where there's 1 there's a million! Praying we don't take any unwanted things with us!

Diiiiirty and smelly Entering the hotel the carpet filthy. Looks to have not been vacuumed in a long time and looked the same when we checked out the next day. Walking through the hallway it smelled like stale cigarettes and had garbage bags throughout the hallway that were still there when checked out the next day. Entering our room we were hit in the face with a stagnant and potent smell (thank god the window opened). The sheets and comforter had stains, the pull out couch had no sheets or blankets and there were no extras in the room. We got bedding from the desk but they were damp and did not fit the pull out mattress. The pillows were clearly old and over used. The bathroom was not cleaned and the Tp roll holder was broken and falling off the wall. Breakfast was your basic continental. My husband booked this room before looking at reviews. I don’t recommend a stay here.

Omgoodness where do I start. I honestly hate to leave a bad review because the staff was so kind. However, we arrived an hour after check in time and had to wait a bit because the front desk clerk said the rooms weren't quite ready. Because they just had a large group to check out and were still cleaning rooms.... strange, but ok. We got into our room and was absolutely mortified! Roaches on the wall, mold that covered the bathroom ceiling, dusty and cobwebs EVERYWHERE. When we pulled back the blanket, there wss even a nice little booger waiting for us. It was a total of 4 of us in the room. They only gave us 3 large towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. When we asked the front desk for more wash cloth, she told my sister that they didn't have any clean. Kind staff but this place is absolutely disgusting 🫣

Room #152 - Door lock was BROKEN and I didn't realize it until I spent the night in a room that was NOT locked. The rooms are FILTHY!

The desk staff was great, but the cleaning/maintenance people clearly are in charge and running circles around the management. Both rooms I stayed in were FILTHY. Yes, the bedding and bathroom sink were clean, but in #117 the tub/shower had orange mildew and the shampoo/conditioner dispensers for FILTHY! Thank God I bring my own shampoo! The wall behind the toilet had what looked like big tomato sauce splatter (pretty sure it's not tomato sauce behind the toilet), and the baseboard below the toilet paper had YEARS worth of dust/fuzz. I have photos if you want to see them!

Room #152: the TV remote was covered in chocolate, the TV displayed only white static, had giant spiderwebs/cobwebs in the corner next to the television, and of course, the door lock was completely broken. When I took the chocolate-covered remote to the front desk, he offered me another room upstairs, but NO ELEVATOR. I arrived after midnight, had already started unpacking, and was exhausted, so I declined the 2nd floor room, and just crawled into bed. But when I discovered the door never locked the next morning, I was moved to room 117.

Not for wheelchairs! No ramps, no elevators. My luggage was very heavy and it was a challenge that there were no ramped curbs. I had to pass on a second-floor room because there were no elevators.

The cleaning people pretend they don't understand English, and force the staff to talk into their phones using Google Translator. Each sentence is then displayed in both languages on the phone, and they pass the phone back and forth with each sentence spoken. Extremely slow and difficult. This prevents the staff from communicating with them in any depth, so communication is bare minimum. I was told that the room with the broken lock was flagged for repair a while ago. It's near the maintenance/laundry room, and I have a feeling the cleaning people use the room for their own purposes. They totally understand English. It's manipulation. This place...

Though the hotel had the best reviews around Cincinnati, it wasn’t as nice as expected. We checked in later around 10p. The employee didn’t ask to see any ID or have a card on file for accidentals. The employee was overall pleasant. The hotel is shaped like an ‘L’ & we were on the bottom floor, furthest way from front entrance. The hallways smelt like cigarette smoke. When we arrived at our room we were given an accessible room. There were only 3 pillows for 2 people. When we asked for another pillow & shower towel and a few more washcloths, we were told we had to wait until morning. When the fan kicked on it blew directly on the bed. I didn’t care for the mirror directly on the wall at the end of the bed. When we went to take a shower it was janky and we had to adjust it just right to work somewhat properly. Breakfast is only until 9a on the weekends. It should be later like 10a. You don’t have to worry about missing breakfast because housekeeping starts cleaning rooms at 8a and are loud. Not considerate at all. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. We did like the sausage and biscuits & gravy. We did receive the items we asked for the previous night but the AM employee was more stern & a bit hesitant. There isn’t a pool or hot tub. When we arrived back at our hotel on Saturday night there was loud music so I wondered if there is a banquet room. The parking during our stay was slim. It was February when we visited so the walkways & parking lot were a bit icy where the water ran off the building. Apparently the hotel has to reactivate your room card everyday after 10a but they don’t let you know that or, again, ask for ID to get access back into the room. There were a lot of businesses located near hotel. Overall, if I would to return to this area I may try a...
