Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florence

Just visited on 4/21/22 at around 6:30/7:00pm. One of the associates( long braids) asked us how could she help us.. when I informed her that I would have a few (4 subs to be exact) to order.. she responded oh no and walked away. Never told us anything VERY RUDE! We were just standing there waiting. Eventually a nice young lady approached us ( burgundy locs) and took our order and was very polite. After she was done I proceeded to tell them my toppings but no the young lady could hear me because she was talking, all the other associates was laughing and talking loud! This lead to my orders not being correct! Very unprofessional and a young staff with no real supervision!

I never got a chance to order. I stood in line unable to see the menu. When I got to the menu, the attendant asked what I wanted I said one minute. I am legally blind, my daughter was helping to read the price of one of the items on the menu. The attendant said you want me to take the next person, I said no. He ignored me took the next person in line.. Never asked me if he could help me with anything. Just skipped over me and took the next person. This was my second time visiting within a weeks time. First visit, I paid $34 for two sandwiches. This time, I was prepared to spend more adding chips and drink for four. Thank you for helping me save $$. I'll spend it on...

Paid for a Giant steak sub only got a hot half, fixed the other half and it was cold. Instead of warming the cold half or fixing another hot one, one of the girls suggested a refund and the girl that prepared the cold half told the manager she wasn't fixing another one after he explained that I just wanted another hot half. Got my money back and my tip. Service was poor all around and those girls don't won't their job I think they should have gotten sent home cause how you tell your manager you're not fixing another sub, that's...
